Dr. Joseph Hegarty & his P.A. Dr. Scott Schnaible have always been most genuine & kind all around. Appreciate their honesty & straightforward communication. Willingness to try variety of different modalities or medications until pain is under control whilst at same time staying mindful of costliness of treatment plan for those without insurance. No complaints whatsoever.

He's a doctor that doesn't ignores any of your concerns or questions like the other pain management physician that I've been to before in the past. He definitely has your best interest at heart no matter how you feel or your situation. He's such a pleasant & good doctor. I've been a patient of Dr. Hegarty for 22 years & I don't plan on changing docs no time soon or later.. If you've got questions, he's got the answers, the right answers!

This office has some of the worst staff.I have been trying to get a refill on one of my prescriptions for three weeks and I still dont have it.It is almost impossible to get someone to call you back.My husband has gone by the office twice asking them to call me ,he was promised to his face I would receive a call that day,still waiting.I was supposed to have an epidural March 3rd at 8am. the office never called to let me know it had been cancelled,found out after I was there at the surgery center,I was furious.My next step is to get my records and go somewhere else,too many doctors to put up with this nonsense.I am very dissappointed.

Dr. Hegarty spent the time I needed to understand the reason for my pain and the treatment options. Very impressive guy.

Dr. Hegarty is compassionate, caring and easy to talk to. He takes the time to listen to you and works very hard to find the best solution to your specific problem. He explains where you need injections , if needed, and how they will help you manage your pain. Would highly recommend.

Doctor explained in detail about medications and was well informed about patients that were concerned about substance abuse.

Trishana(sp) delt personally with some very diffucult issues just to get me the right appt and service in the first place, so I knew I found a home. Then Dr Heggarty took a problem I've dealt with for years with msny Drs and not only took steps to actually DEAL WITH IT! But dealt with the VA as well. But most importantly he kindbof validated everything I had been trying to tell allbthise others. A million thumbs up.

Awesome and take time to explain

Dr Heagerty has given me my life back without surgery!! I’ve had neck issues for over 11 years and no doctor has been able to relieve the pain as he did. He listens. He’s compassionate. He knows what he’s doing!!

I’ve seen Dr H. for about 12 years for pain management. I respect Dr. Hegarty treatment plan for me & feel like he is treating me to the best of his ability, as my condition is a little complex & has stumped more than 1 doctor. He LISTENS to me & I feel like I am contributing to my care plan. I feel the respect is mutual, as I do not try to obtain more or stronger meds than I require. While I wish I didn’t need to come in for a visit, Dr Hegarty, his PA Scott Schnaible and the staff make the visit pleasant, professional and with very little waiting. Dr. Hegarty is compassionate interesting, and quick! In my experience his work is painless (or almost) and super effective. He has given me enormous help with pain both in the past and currently.

Plz READ I went to the doctor's office and was approved for a pain medication. When I went to pick up the med at Kroger RH Pharmacy, I learned my Health plan changed and the med would be $210 vs $18 for 90 day pills. For almost a month, I called and requested a different med and have not had the matter resolve and I have no med

I trust his advice & recommendations because I know he’s abreast of all of my medical history & current situations. His sensitive & direct dialogue, with me, shows that he respects & values my input. I do have to mention that he has an amazing PA, Scott Schnable, that is such a wonderful compliment to Dr Hegarty; therefore, making scheduling appointments much easier if Dr Hegarty’s schedule doesn’t permit.

I was in pain and Dr. Hegarty asked questions about where, was there a fall and does it bother you standing or sitting. He looked at my MRI and decided what I needed. I got an injection into the sciatic joint, which took away the pain quickly. He explained two other procedures that I need. I was given a date for the first procedure while I was in the office. He is very caring and procedures he has done on me have not hurt. He is very good at what he does. I place my full trust in his ability to care for me.

Definitely encourage people to contact Dr Hagerty for pain management. He is straight forward and truly has the patients interest at heart

When he realized the degree of pain I was in with my back and neck, he immediately scheduled me for my facet injections the following week. This was extremely helpful because I certainly didn’t want to go on additional medication or wait for the customary 2 weeks to get insurance approval. Fast tracking of insurance approval was going a step above and much appreciated

I was apprehensive about my injections but was met with a very friendly nurse (Donna) who had a very upbeat personality and made me very comfortable. It was obvious that all the staff was happy in there work and went above and beyond in explaining the procedures and making me comfortable. Dr Hagerty arrived and continued to explain his every move and made me comfortable in the procedure that was much shorter than I anticipated. It has been four days and I feel better every day. Thank you for relief from a nagging pain.
