Nice doctor, but will never go back. The receptionist, Adella is a nightmare. She doesn't let you talk and if she doesn't want to listen to you, she put you on hold. This happen 4 times when I was trying to make an appointment. Also, you can't make an appointment unless you go there a week before for have labs done. I told her I have recent labs and she wouldn't accept them. She said either you get labs here or no appointment. Not the first time I ended up fighting on the phone with her. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. Definitely, not worth my health to have to go through this to make an appointment. I hope the doctor reads this so he knows what's going on his office.

I have never had a doctor care more about me than Dr. Hyon. I have been his patient for a good 6 years now and he takes all of my concerns and helps find solutions. Having an autoimmune is a wild ride but Dr. Hyon has been the best support system.

Dr. Hyon genuinely cares about his patients and it shows in his demeanor and care. I would definitely recommend him as a doctor.

Dr. Hyon is thorough and an active listener. He truly is a partner in trying to get to the issues and restore good health.

Terrible doctor with a degree in knowing little about patient care. Anybody can fake it to make it. The first rule is do the patient no harm. Ask him how many patient's did he harm? Then listen to him lie about it.

Dr. Hyon was my Mom's Doctor and he has been my Doctor for years . Dr. Hyon is the Best of the Best.

I've been battling a billing error since April 2018. Unfortunately as much as I like Dr. Hyon, I will not be returning as a patient due to the billing errors and the refusal of the staff to correct the problem. I went for my annual physical visit which is covered 100% however the billing office claims because I spoke about a previous surgery and residual pain during the visit it is no longer a wellness visit and it became a follow up visit. So basically I should not have spoke about anything.

BEST DOCTOR IN NJ! Dr. Hyon is a one of a kind doctor. I have been seeing him for the past 7 years. He does not simply diagnose your symptom. He takes time to get to know you and diagnose the problem beneath the symptom. I could not be more thrilled to know that Dr. Hyon is now back in private practice in Oradell, NJ. His staff at his Oradell location is amazing. They are willing to help you with whatever you need. I could not recommend Dr. Hyon and his staff more. GO SEE HIM!

Worst place to go to. They made a mistake with my appointment and booked me with the wrong Dr. My copay was promised to me, two weeks later instead of getting a refund, I got a bill for the visit that never happened. No matter how many phone calls I made, this thing never got resolved. Ended up filling a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs. Noooo way I will ever recommend this rude office to anyone.

I went to there on October 11th under the impression I was seeing the dermatologist. I was experiencing a horrible burning sensation on my face and could not touch my skin & being a new patient I did not know the doctors over there. Dr. Hyon came to the room, after talking to him for a few minutes, I realized they made a mistake booking the appt. Long story short, did not see the dermatologist, refund of copay was promised, 2 Wks later everything was denied. No refund just a bill. Never again!

Dr. Hyon is the medical director for what is consistently the best medical practice that I've been fortunate to have a relationship with. As a physician, Dr. Hyon is among the most highly respected physicians at Valley Hospital. His many years in emergency rooms have produced a diagnostician who is clearly above the norm. I have a very high degree of trust in Dr. Hyon and have always appreciated his sense of humor balanced by professionalism that's tough to beat.
