I visit Elevation Aesthetics on a regular basis to get a B12 shot. Each time I visit the staff is always helpful and engaging. Also, Dr. Jensen will take a minute from his busy schedule to visit. He and his staff truly take an interest in their patients. I highly recommend Elevation Aesthetics!!’

I thought I had posted this a few weeks ago but I'm not seeing it. I met with Anne a couple of weeks ago for a consult. She was amazing. She asked about my concerns and was very honest with me about what she does and doesn't think would achieve what I'm wanting......even if that meant less money in their pockets. I had an incredibly experience at Dr Jensens office. I suffer from severe vericose veins and I am health and only in my 30s. 5 years ago I had my deep saphenous veins ablated by another doc and it was an uncomfortable procedure all done in one appointment and ended up failing (they opened back up). Dr Jensen made me feel so comfortable and he was able to address all of my concerns. I felt that his process of vein ablation was much better , cleaner, and less stressful than the other doc I had visited. I had 5 major veins done (over 4 appointments) and then schlerotherapy. I scheduled to have lipo done. I paid $4000.00 up front and ordered my garments. I called the day before procedure to cancel because I was having anxiety. I spoke to Barb and she said no problem just call back when I am ready to reschedule. She said nothing about it costing more money to reschedule. When I did call back to reschedule, I was put on hold for along time as it seems they were discussing what to do or how much to charge me . When she came back to the phone she said it would be another $2000.00 to have the lipo done. She said because I canceled I cost the Dr. money. Dr. Jensen is okay, but the main person at the front desk who handles insurance matters is entirely unprofessional and inefficient! I will not go back there again.

I never do reviews, but felt inclined to do so in the hopes that this won’t happen to other people. I saw Dr. Jensen at the end of December for sclerotherapy. After my pregnancies I ended up with a few very small vericose veins, as well as some spider veins in my legs that made me a little self conscious. My mom saw Dr. Jensen for the same thing just a couple months prior to me seeing him and had good results, and even got a free touch up. Anyway, Dr. Jensen himself seems like a nice guy and at the end of my procedure told me that if I felt like he missed any areas, or that if I thought any spots needed a little touch up to call and schedule something. Fast forward two months and I’m not seeing any results in the main area of concern at all! (I know it can take up to six months for full results, but nothing is happening in this area) So I call and tell them what Dr. Jensen had said, and I’m then informed that he doesn’t do touch ups, and that I’d have to pay the full $300 plus to do the procedure all over again! I explained that that was not my understanding at all, and then was told that they would talk to Dr. Jensen and then get back to me. A few days went by and I hadn’t heard back, so I called to follow up and again was told I’d have to pay for it all over again and that there’s nothing Dr. Jensen can do because supposedly the hospital “owns” him. I’m sorry, but that is horrible. It’s obvious to me that it’s all about the money, and not patient satisfaction at all!! I’ve had sclerotherapy years prior to this at a different place (should have gone back there) and had wonderful results, as well as a touch up. Needless to say I feel like I basically flushed my money down the toilet, and I’m still unhappy with the look of my veins on my legs. I’m not asking for free stuff, or hand outs of any kind, but to not back up your work because the hospital “owns”you seems a bit like an excuse. I had abdominoplasty procedure done last month. My abdomen is so flat now and I feel so good. I was told that it will take many months to have significant results but with me it only took just 2 weeks. My plan at first was to have Lipo and abdominoplasty but he advised me to just do abdominoplasty. It really work without the lipo .It saved me a lot of money. I was referred to Dr Jensen from my podiatrist Dr. Richmond who is amazing as well. I've yet to meet a better all around doctor. He is a perfectionist, an amazing communicator, and I genuinely feel he cares about each one of his patients. His staff feel like long time friends even just after you meet them. I have had two procedures by Dr Jensen and could not be more pleased with the results. He pays attention to details during his procedures to make sure he gets the best results. Not to mention he takes time to understand what is needed, is a great listener and just a pleasant person in general. You may find yourself wishing he was a friend and not just your doctor! Unprofessional and rude, would not honor current price I was receiving after six sessions. Wanted me to start paying 500 + $ per session (750% increase) and I would be going back 20 -30 times to complete everything I wanted. Got hung up on when I tried to talk to staff about honoring the price I had been paying for years. Told them I understand they raised their prices (to an absurd amount) and would pay new price for new work, just wanted them to honor the price I had been paying to complete what they started (would only be about five more times). Also, when I was receiving a different procedure the doctor was making disgusting sexual jokes to the nurse while I was on the table with a bib covering my face, never have I felt so uncomfortable in my life. I wanted to tell them to get a room... what kind of person disgustingly sexually harasses an employee? Especially while there is a paying client lying on the operating table? DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least! WOULD NOT GO BACK IF THEY GAVE ME FREE WORK!!! Look at the pictures of his staff.... hmmmm.... bunch of pretty blondes... not a single male employee....?? Need I say more???

Bad business and horrible client service. I would give negative starts if it was an option. (I am not the first to complain of this issue) I’m shocked that a medical and Business establishment would behave in such an arrogant manner and with disregard for a paying client/patient. I had come to Dr. Jensen for tattoo removal of 2 tattoos after receiving 1 session of treatment from another center. I decided to try Dr. Jensens office only because it was closer and more convenient to where I lived. Now tattoo removal is definitely not a one and done situation. It takes many sessions to have complete removal of the unwanted tattoo. My first 3 sessions were in 2017 and at the last appointment I had I was told I probably needed another 3-4 treatments! So in my mind I’m in the middle of getting my tattoo removed because they are still on my body. I told them Ok and I would be back when I could. At this point I had no complaints. I had been given a q price they would charge me for each treatment I was paying $95 each time. I was told there was no time frame that I had to have the tattoo removed by. Because it is expensive, painful and life gets busy it has been just under 2 years sense my last treatment. So I finished school and felt I had some extra time and a little money I made another appointment to work towards the continuation of removing my tattoos. Sadly a new girl (Jeannie was now working there in place of the woman who was so great before) their prices had gone up Since the last time I was there and they wanted to charge me $300 per session instead of the $95! Jeannie was so unprofessional and rude when I explained, I’m in the middle of treatment. I have already been given a price for the particular tattoos. I’ve already had treatment on them and I’m an established client/patient. She said she would be willing if it had only been 6 months no longer and Would not honor the price I had been given. I totally would not except the same price as I was quoted to be given to me on a different or new tattoo. To say that I am disappointed would be a huge understatement! I told her never mind and she literally had a scowl on her face and rolled her eyes. This is a medical facility but it’s also a business and there money comes from patients/clients and there costumer services were shameful. I called later to ask for any agreements and or documents I had signed. The front desk lady called me back and said they never stated that the treatment had to be done in x amount of time or they won’t honor the price. She said nothing states they will and can change the price mid treatment before the tattoo is gone. And then she tried to tell me I’m not in the middle of treatment and hung up on me! Lol I’m telling you this was crazy! I simply was explaining that this is horrible business! And no one would feel this was right and they should honor what I had started! They would not hear it! I then called the original place I started my tattoo removal at ( There prices had gone up and they had changed ownership ) they could have done the same as Dr. Jensen’s office, but they didn’t, they went in the back to find my file because it had been a while and they honored the price I had originally been given. This is Flawless Laser Spa in Ogden. If you want a business who cares about costumer service and doing good business, If you don’t want to be treated like garbage then don’t wast your time going to Dr. Jensen’s office. I tried talking to them and they were just rude and I still can’t believe the front office lady hung up on me! They need to re-evaluate what is important. My experience with Dr Joseph Jensen and his team was amazing from beginning to end. His front desk staff is courteous and friendly. I always felt like my questions and phone calls were answered and concerns were addressed. Dr. Jensen immediately put me at ease with his genuine care and knowledge. My liposuction surgery went fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the results. The day after surgery I was up and only experienced minor discomfort. I had opportunities to go out of state, I am glad I didn't! Honest, up front, and relaxed environment from the beginning. Dr. Jensen was gentle and understanding about my anxiety of the procedure. He even explained the insurance options in the free consultation. Dr. Jensen and Christy took such great care of me. I realized it was my anticipation of pain that was the cause of the stress I was feeling, more than the procedure. He was careful to explain everything up front. If you want to be made to feel less than human, Dr. Jensen is the right doctor for you!

I started tattoo removal sessions here a little less than a year ago. I was told (more than once) that I would pay the SAME AMOUNT for EVERY session. Well, that was a lie. I got a call recently that my payments would go up x4... yes QUADRUPLE. The new removal lady said because they'd gotten new equipment. I understand that and maybe that my payment might jump up a bit or at the worst *MAYBE* double, but no. I was mortified, after several sessions already, I was JUST starting to be happy with my results. :( I will not go back when it doesn't matter that I'm an established patient and they don't honor their word. If you want to go somewhere honest and pay what they TELL you you'll pay then I do not recommend going here (or possibly have a signed agreement for payment, so they don't basically treat you like youre stupid). I had my gallbladder removed by Dr Jensen about a month ago. I was extremely nervous going into surgery, but he did an amazing job! He even did one of my incesions inside my belly button so I would have one less visable scare. I highly recommend him.

Jeannie has made more of a difference in my skin in 6 months, than countless doctors and dermatologists have made in over a decade. I'm more confident than I've ever been and I'll always thank her for that. The friendship and genuity of Jeannie are just wonderful bonuses! Love love her!

Dr. Jensen was my surgeon while in a hospital stay for an “emergency splenectomy”. While I had some family who felt he was not as concerned with them it was quickly realized that he was focused on me, my comfort, my wants and needs and what was best for me from a medical point of view! I believe my surgery was meant to be laparoscopic but turned into open surgery and ALL of my wounds are so nice for the extent of my surgery. They have healed nicely thus far. I enjoyed his staff when I met them for a follow up and per before Dr. was very concerned with me and my needs. He was quick to follow up not just on my surgical pain but all of the other things I have to do now with no spleen. I don’t need a funny, humorous, talkative and or even overly friend doctor I need a doctor who is straight to the point and worried what I want and need, and is good at doing what i need. Dr Jensen was able to fix the problems the other doctor had created and left me with a beautiful flat tummy!! He did a fantastic job! Dr. Jensen is hands down the best surgeon! I went to two others before deciding to go with Jensen and let me tell you... I am SO HAPPY I did. I had to get a subtotal colectomy and was absolutely terrified. Jensen took the time to answer all my questions and checked up on me every day during my 7 day brutal hospital stay. He made sure I was doing okay and that the healing process was going well. He made me laugh even while in pain. He is a doctor who really cares about his patients wellbeing! Most doctors just pull out there lil' laptop, quickly answer your questions, and dip on out. We need more Dr's like Jensen in the world. He truly, genuinely cares about his patients and has great bedside manner. As a new customer, I set up an appointment and they called me THREE times to try to get me to re-schedule to another day and time because they booked someone over me. I had taken off work time for the original appt. so told them to cancel and I would go someplace else. NOT professional of them at all.

First experience yesterday , went with a highly embarrassing issue . His staff was friendly . He was arrogant and seemed very bored with me . Like my issue was wasting his time . I felt very stupid after leaving his office !! The laser dark spot removal simply does not work and is completely ineffective. Don't waste your money on the procedure, if you need something removed I suggest this is not the place. I went for 6 treatments and found no effect whatsoever.

If you like waiting an hour in a waiting room to get a 5 minute service performed, have at it! This place will leave you sitting there for an hour without any apology or compensation for your wasted time. Total waste of time, the laser doesn't even work. I've had almost 10 services and not even a shred of improvement. Laser hair removal is a joke too. Overpriced and not long lasting. Went in for consult. They did an ultrasound to see if I my procedure would be covered by insurance. Discussed the procedure with the Dr. His staff called me a few days later to schedule the procedure and notify me that it would not be covered by insurance. They completely changed what the Dr said to something more expensive and invasive. I explained to the staff that was not what was recommended by the dr and they wouldn’t even listen. Maybe there was a misunderstanding and a quick call from the Dr could clear it up...that option was never offered to me. I told them I wasn’t interested in going further, their response was “ok, thank you, bye.” I went to “The Vein Clinic” in Ogden and has a fantastic experience. Dr. Joseph Jensen is both highly skilled and very concerned about his patients' welfare. He has been super easy and accommodating to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

First off, ignore the one star review written about him. 3 yrs ago he removed a 1 pound lypoma, and couldnt have been cooler to deal with. He told what to expect, and when I asked any question he was more than happy. I'm a young disabled vet that has had chronic pain, and abdominal issues for over 15 years. He understood I had a tolerance to pain meds, anesthesia, and never even made me feel uncomfortable. He thanked me for my service, put his hand on my shoulder, and said I'll be fine. When all was said and done he was awesome, made me feel great, and even got me smiling. He got me right in to drain excess liquid after drain was removed, and said come back if you need it again. Fast forward 3yrs. I had another lypoma grow back twice as big which is not his fault. He took it a step further by checking for hernias and cut a ton of scar tissue out. He removed a cucumber sized lypoma under my rib, removed the scar tissue, and never once lacked in the caring department after I woke up. I've just gone back for my 2nd manual drainage because for whatever reason it won't stop. That's a month of preop care without any attitude, and I've paid attention to his above and beyond care to others. There was one apoointment day he got called into 2 emergency surgeries. I waited 2hrs with pleasure because i know he cares. He apologized for the delay, but I felt weird getting that apology. He just did 2 emergency surgeries, that could have been me needing that. The man is a class act, his nurses are a class act, and the receptionists are a class act. I feel like a person there, and that's rare with how insurance companies make things so difficult. Your doing yourself a disservice by not having him as your doctor/surgeon. I'm not one to write reviews, but seeing that 1 star review set me off. I've needed him over 3 years and I'm sure I will for many more years. I won't hesitate to call him! I had to bring my three children with me as I have no family here and couldn't get a babysitter. My babies are 3, 2, and 2mo old. His staff was kind, courteous, and babysat my babies while I got my procedure done. Yes babysat, rocked my 2 month old to sleep, and put on a movie in their waiting room for my older kiddos. Kind, compassionate, and respectful. Dr. Jensen was also very personable, friendly, and efficient; and answered all my questions about my procedure and then some about other things I may want to take care of in the future. Dr. Jensen is amazing. I first met him in 2016 for a lumpectomy. I was struck by his kindness, and the intensity with which he listened to my every need during a emotionally difficult time. He personally called me to give me the results. I had surgery again, May 2018, for an unrelated condition; abdominal hernia surgery. I'd had this surgery before, and my prior doctor simply put mesh over the cavity and called it. It actually got larger. Dr. Jenson was honest about setting expectations, and while the other doctor assured me that was the best I could get, Dr. Jenson said he felt he could fix it. In surgery, this time, he pulled the 6 inch wide gap together, stitched it tightly, and for the first time in a few years, my stomach muscles actually meet in the middle. I can actually suck in my stomach now! I would highly recommend him as a skilled surgeon to anyone thinking of undergoing surgery. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Jensen and his staff. From the second I walked into the office, I felt at ease. Whenever I called, everyone was very kind and helpful. Dr. Jensen is extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and does an excellent job. From the moment I first met Dr. Jensen, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. He is so personable. Have had several medical experiences with Dr Jensen. He took care of me in the hospital when i had a gastric bleed last summer and did an excellent job of finding the problem and doing the surgery. I had a ton of scarring and was very self conscious of my tummy. Dr. Jensen offered to fix this for an amazing price! I went in for the surgery and he and his staff were better than I could've imagined. He took his time and truly wanted the best results possible for me. His staff talked with me throughout the entire procedure and made me feel comfortable. I am just a couple days post op and can't stop looking at my tummy! Dr Jensen does excellent work. I highly recommend him. My hernia surgery couldn't have had a better outcome. My wife has had multiple surgeries on her abdominal hernia. Previous doctors were guessing on how to repair it. She has suffered for years. Finally we found Dr Jensen. With his knowledge and skill he reconstructed her abdominal wall properly. Her recovery has been remarkable. I wish that we would have known about him 5 years sooner. He is the best and has a great team around him.

Dr. Jensen and his staff helped me with medical issues in my legs. My legs are 100% better. The staff is kind and helpful. Dr. Jensen is one of the best educators about the procedures he does. They made me feel more calm throughout procedures.

Dr. Jensen just performed a mini tuck on me for an amazing price. I had always wanted to fix my tummy after having triplets but couldn't justify spending the money on myself. Dr. Jensen gave me a price I couldn't turn down and he and his team treated my body as though it were their own. They did a better job than I could've ever imagined. The support I have received from him and his staff was unbelievable . I'm just a couple days in and still very swollen but I couldn't be happier. Amazing Dr!!!

He reconstructed and corrected something on me from a previous procedure and I am still thanking him to this day! I had to have my gallbladder taken out and then ended needing hernia surgery. Dr. Jensen did both. He is an amazing surgeon and has great bed side manner. He answers your questions and is very thorough in describing what he's doing. I would definitely recommend him.

My insurance company recommended me to see a doctor at Tanner Clinic for my legs' varicose veins. This doctor told me that I have to pay in full for all treatments without claiming my insurance because its cosmetic! I googled and found Dr Jensen with high ratings. I called his office and explained my situation. His secretary told me to come in for a free consultation. Dr Jensen explained thoroughly to me the procedures/treatments. He and his staff worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to pay anything except co-pays. They're so awesome!!! The treatments weren't as painful as I thought.
