Always great staff that enjoy taking great care of teeth over many years.

My family and I have been going to this office for over 20 years. Have the best staff and doctor is the best. They do their job and fairly treat you, do what is necessary not money gouge. They've all become like an extended family. ????

Dr. Kallial is always gentle & professional. He explains any procedure & is open to any questions. His staff is very friendly & helpful.

Dr. Kallial is the best. Most of my family go to him. Beside being extremely professional, he is very patient and compassionate. I travel all the way from O’Fallon because he is such a great dentist. His dental hygienist Jaimie is outstanding!

I have been with Senior and now Junior Kallial for 50 years. This is the only dental office I can highly recommend to all ages.

Always a positive experience when I visit. As soon as you come in everyone greets you with a smile and warm welcome. The dentist and hygienist both educate you on your oral health and make it very plain to understand.

Dr. Kallial and staff are always friendly and willing to take the time to answer all questions, in detail! I've been to other dentist, but drive 30 minutes just to go to him!

The entire experience was not what I expected. The Dr. and staff were very ensuring. Making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Every procedure was explained before hand and the Dr. even explained his goals as to what he intended to accomplish, by the end of the treatments . I highly recommend Family Dentristry to anyone seeking dental care. Whether it the first visit to a dentist or one of several visits for dental hygiene or care.

Great office with warm and welcoming staff, it was a great visit from start to finish. Christine, my hygienist was very knowledgeable, she greated me with a smile, made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions like a pro. Dr. Kallial is an excellent dentist. He and his staff are over the top professional and caring. I have recommended him to family and friends and they are very satisfied too.

Dr. Joseph F Kallial is a dishonest person. I allowed Dr. Kallial to perform a procedure he recommended and because he used out dated equipment, the procedure turn out poorly. When I brought it to his attention he told me that he is not able to accomplish the goal that I'm looking for, not once did he tell me this before hand. In the process of the procedure he caused even more damage that now has to be repaired. When I tried to resolve the issue professional and respectfully with Dr. Kallial, he looked me in the eyes and gaslighted me. Fortunately for me, I took before pictures, not realizing I would need them to prove a point. I trusted Dr. Kallial and in doing so, he has cause me nothing but mental and emotional distress. There's always hesitation going to the dentist but I really appreciate the care and patience for the patient that Dr Kallial portrays at every visit. Thank you!!!

I’ve been going to this dental office for over 20 years. They have always been attentive to my needs and the doc answers my questions thoroughly. I’m a bit afraid when it comes to most medical things, but the staff is patient and comforting. They also do a good job of reminding me when it’s time to visit.

This is a great dental office. The people who work here have always treated my family with great respect and consideration. Dr. Kallial is very thorough and the all the help is terrific.-Annette Mayhew

Dr. Kallial is a great guy. He has been my dentist for over 20 years. He is easy to talk too and cares about his patients. No matter far how far I moved I will always go to him. I love this dentist office. The staff is super friendly, organized and knowledgeable. Dr Kallial. Is great. He’s very informative, knowledgeable and gentle. He makes my experience as comfortable as he could for someone who hates dentists. But it’s something I have to do. The girls are very friendly! Jamie makes sure my teeth are super clean and everything feels right, before I leave the chair. Amanda couldn’t be anymore accommodating and friendly. Dr Kallial is professional and thorough. Any fillings or other work we’ve needed are put in fast and they feel perfect. I recommend their office.

FRAUD ALERT! Dr. Kallial submitted fraudulent claims to my insurance company in July 2019. In addition, I received a treatment plan in writing, which included the specific cost of procedures I was considering. On 7/11/2019, I had two teeth prepared for a temporary crown. I was told that I had to pay for that service, out- of -pocket. I was told by Kallial’s staff that my insurance would not pay for a temporary crown. I not only paid $500 for a temporary crown, but also for him to prepare 2 teeth for the temporary crown. In total, I was required to pay nearly $2,000 out of pocket during 2 visits. At the same time, Kallial billed my insurance company prematurely for permanent porcelain crowns. Although, no molds have been taken for the porcelain crowns and no teeth were prepared for new porcelain crowns. I have contacted Kallial’s office numerous times, requesting an invoice of the actual work that was performed on 7/11/19. I have yet to receive that information. FRAUD ALERT! I’m a new patient and had reservations but the entire was nice and helpful and me feel so much better. If you’re looking for a dentist come see Dr.Kallial and his amazing staff you won’t be disappointed. There great trust me .????

I was very impressed with the office staff and Dr. Kallial. Office staff called me before appt. to advise on payment amount due. Dr. Kallial was very thorough in his initial exam. Asked lots of questions, felt like he was being careful and deliberate in developing treatment suggestions. Impressive.
