Dr Levine took care of my Mom in 1996. He did a catheter ablation that held for the nine years before she passed from cancer. When i developed SVT he took care of me, and I am doing fine now. Wonderful doctor and staff.

Absolutely the measure of genius. Im so lucky to live in the same town as his practice. 100% spot on, great guy too. Ive been a patient for 15 years and every time he brings me back from the edge. Thank you JL for being the best!

Dr Jose[h Levine is absolutely the finest, most honest, most knowledgable, medical professional. His knowledge and skill in the areas of arithymia are demonstrated in his approach to cardiac medicine. I owe my life to this fine gentleman and I do not often give out this sort of compliment. He is a gift from God and anyone fortunate to have him assist them is blessed. I wish him many more years of success and good health.

Long-awaited year to write this review but here is my honest review: In simple words, this man saved my life and went beyond to make sure he has seen me and gave me the best care he could. No matter what hospital or where you go in cardiology this man is known and has moved the needle for treatment and is one of the most respected MDs. I will never forget this man coming to my hospital room to see me before and after my ablation. Dr. Levine is super nice! I do think he has a funny side to him too but also has a very deep focus side to him people can take the wrong way. I am now a full year in and feel better then I can remember maybe ever to be honest. My first 1-3 months was a rough recovery as I experienced a lot of pvc and palpitations but it was worth it. things got better 3-6 months in and then after 6 months 100% I assure you there are very few or even anyone as good and focused as Dr.Levine He is 100% committed. He also has an amazing staff front from the desk to Cath lab.

My rating is not on the doctor's ability or his qualifications it's because trying to make an appointment with his office was very frustrating and I had to go see other doctors because I couldn't get an appointment with him

I have been a patient of Dr Levine’s for over 13 years. He is the best in the field. He is extremely knowledgeable and answers any questions you may have. Dr Levine performed my ablation to correct my AFIB and Aflutter at St Francis. I was very impressed by the medical care and organization of the operations. Everyone before, during and after my procedure was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Thank you Dr Levine and the exceptional staff across the entire process!

Dr Levine did my ablation for PSVT over 5 years ago and I am still doing great no more attacks. He advised me of all the possible complications and the possibilities of it needed to be redone. He left no detail out. I would highly recommend him as he spends time with you explaining everything.

I came from Manhattan to see Dr Levine. I had been to NYU, waited 3 hours for a brief visit Dr Levine closed the door and made sure I understood everything before he left. My procedure was much easier than I imagined. The staff was great and the hospital so comfortable. Needless to say my SVT that had plagued me for years was cured by my ablation. I can now go about my daily activities without worry. I can travel without fear. His expertise is the reason he is named a best doctor in America each year but it is also his caring that makes me so grateful that I chose him

Saw Dr. Levine after 4 hospital stays for atrial flutter. He was not afraid to perform his procedure despite the fact that I could not stay on blood thinners because of stomach issues. It was a success and I was around for my family to surprise me with an 80th birthday bash. Thank you to Dr. Levine and his incredible staff.

I travel more than 100 miles round-trip to see Dr. Levine. He is tops in his field. He is extremely caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Levine saved my life. When you're 33 and told about a heart abnormality (Brugada syndrome) that you've never heard of, you lose your mind. It takes a special person and team to provide all the support you'll need. Dr. Levine spent hours explaining my condition to me as well as my family. During the surgery for my implant, he sat with my wife, parents and siblings for the duration. Since my initial surgery 9 years ago, he has constantly kept me as a focus and considers me for any breakthrough program that may become available. I dont know of any dr. that calls to ensure you're ok when you're late to an appointment. Hopefully you'll never need an ICD but if you do, you'll be thankful to get the services of this great man and his extraordinary team at the Arrhythmia Center!! Dr. Levine saved my life. As a life this great and underappreciated doctor saved, i am just amazed at how many people bash him because of his fees. Is he not entiyled to be compensated for his brilliance?? You can always go see another cardiologist, im sure there's plenty you could afford. My life is precious and pricesless. This wonderful doctor saved it and is worth every penny he sees fit to charge. Never in 9 years of knowing him have i come across any of the negative traits he is being accused of by some here.

Did great job with my problems 20 years ago . Took my 87 year old father today for pacemaker check. Very efficient all around, including staff. No reason to look for any other doctor.

Having a family history of heart disease, I was very concerned when I started having pain in my chest. . After examination and a few tests, Dr. Levine assured me that I am in good condition and the pain was anxiety and stress related. Reading my family's history, Dr Levine suggested other tests, to make sure that nothing is going unnoticed. This in itself, calmed me down tremendously. Dr Levine was extremely professional, courteous and was patient reviewing all test and questions.

Dr. Levine cured my WPW after 25 years on medication. He is the best. At the top of the game. I felt confident he was the doctor to help me. BTW. I am writing this 10 years after a successful procedure. Thank You Dr. Levine and staff.

He is not compassionate ... he is a terrible doctor who only wants to implant a pacemaker so he can make more money He basically destroyed my life for 9.years I had a cardiac ablation and was given no sensation When my heart went into a- fib he congratulated himself for rescuing me I experienced migraines with vertigo for years Never had this before And of course he wasn't to blame I will never forget him Nor will I forgive him

I had an ablation in Feb. 10, 2016 and as soon as I awoke (about 3 hrs after put out) I felt completely back to normal. I could breathe normally again and that was the 1st time in about 18 months. Great care at St. Francis and great job by Drs. Levine and Shaber

One of the best things I can say about Dr. Levine is he makes me feel good. From the very beginning he assured me with his confidence that I would survive. He was accurate. I found him to be honest and very approachable. When we speak there is no barrier and so I KNOW he is there for me and when I ask him to level with me he does so in a forthright but supportive way. Bottom line: I trust him with my life.

I went to Dr. Levine when I was 16 for a 2nd opinion because the first told me I had wpw and I could die while performing an ablation. Dr. Levine assured me that he's done that surgery many times and not 1 person has died while he did. I went with Dr. Levine, he explained what was wrong and what he was going to do so that I could understand. When I went on the table he told my parents, when he goes in that room he's my kid now. I'm now 23, healthy, and thankful to Dr. Levine. Amazing doctor!

I had a consultation with Dr. Levine after my cardiologist used a 30 heart monitor because prior to that no one could figure out what was causing my symptoms. He told me that I might not like him after he explained what he needed to do which was testing the heart followed by ablations. While it would not be fun because I would be awake I consented because he explained how and what would occur. He was confident, professional & extremely caring and he is the best doctor in best hospital for me!

I had an EP Study and Ablation in 1996. While I was expecting my first child I kept experiencing A - Fib throughout my pregnancy. After delivering, I was told to see Dr. Levine for an EP Study and Ablation. Thank God for him. Because of his knowledge and experience I was able to have another child which was not something I would have been able to do prior to his procedure. The procedure itself is not fun but the end result is well worth it!

I experienced monthly bouts of afib for many years.Dr. Levine performed my cardiac ablation in 2010.I have not had afib since.It is so wonderful to lead a normal life.Dr. Levine carefully explains my condition, what the risk factors are and we discuss my future.He treats me with respect and includes my wishes in deciding the best treatment.Recently we decided to insert a cardiac event monitor under my skin. Dr. Levine came to see me before and after the procedure.Heis the ultimate professional.
