Dr Brancato is wonderful. First, she apologized for making us wait! It was a short wait but it was so kind of her to acknowledge that we had been waiting. She patiently reviewed my 83-year-old mother's medical history and gave her some great advice to help ease the arthritis Mom has endured for many years. They don't make doctors like her anymore! We look forward to seeing her again the future.

Dr Brancato is not only an excellent doctor, she is also a very caring doctor. I highly recommend her .

Dr. B jas been my rheumatologist for more than ten years. I was in pain and she diagnosed my fibromyalgia within a minute or two of my being there and began treatment. The Dr may be great but I will never know. They gave me an appointment three months out. Only sees new patients on Monday's and last appointment is at 4PM. If you have a job, too bad for you. So I reluctantly take the appointment. After two months go by, they call me to cancel my appointment and now expect me to wait another two months! I think not. Better to nip this in the bud before getting involved with a prima donna that takes appointments only till 4pm on Mondays. I will find someone else. The Dr may be great but I will never know. Dr.Brancato is truly kind*understanding & very knowledgeable. She always shares with me alternatives- healing, in - addition to my medications.

Saw Dr Brancato today for the first time. She listened, she took notes, she made suggestions, all the things I want in a doctor. She did not rush the appointment. She very much reminds me of my previous doctor who retired (whom I loved). Looking forward to trying the new treatment she gave me. Saw Dr. Brancato after my previous Rheumatologist moved out of state. She took her time with me. She answered my questions. She listened to my answers. She explained all the bloodwork ordered. She explained the medication she was prescribing (the why and what results to expect) along with any and all side effects I could possibly experience. She called a few days later with the test results. I completely trust her with my care. I didn’t think I would be able to find someone to replace my previous doctor, but thank goodness I have.

ZERO STARS Dr. Brancato. Was shocked w/ her unprofessionalism, arrogance & insulting manner. I told her I had been diagnosed w/ Felty's Syndrom & she went to an on line medical journal & started reading out loud. When I asked what she was doing she said she wasn't familiar with Felty's and was educating herself. WHAT??? Alarms went off in my head to get out of there - a Rheumatologist who isn't familar with Felty's Symdrom and a Dr. who thinks its ok to educate herself in front of a patient?

The receptionist is a horribly rude women. If this is who they choose to represent them I would not want to be a client with them. She went as far as hanging up on me when I called before even hearing what I was calling about.
