Why am I still getting reviews from a practice I left in 2015?

I've never felt so judged by anybody more than this office staff. Highly critical Dr. & So called empathetic staff members!! Especially when you need support for addictions! This is what I thought they specialized in. Then to hear the girls whispering about a new patient seeking their help just confirmed ,"Yes, I need to go elsewhere,"! I was humiliated by this practice. I really like him. He is patient, actually knows me, talks to me, listens to me, takes real time to see whats going on, seems to truly value me and everybody as a patient. His office staff can challenging to deal with, but no so unpleasant to run me off from a good doctor.

DR.Pinciotti is a no non-sense Dr. who helped me when no one else would
