Very sweet staff! Great environment! Definitely recommend!

Always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff and Dr Rumfola are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Saw Dr. Rumfola back in March for the first time. I had a bad tooth and he got me in right away and pulled it out. I'm not big on dentists, but he and his staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. I will be going back soon. I highly recommend Dr. Rumfola if you need a good dentist.

Dr. Joe is wonderful. Made me feel completely at ease with a root canal! Very gentle, talks you through everything - listens and takes time with your concerns. Really, really great work. 6 stars! The support staff is also incredibly accommodating and friendly. We are very lucky to have this office in Springville.

Dr. Rumfola and staff are amazing! He’s very patient and understanding. If you have dental anxiety, this is where you want to go. So happy I found them!

I agree...I've been to dentists in Charlotte, the OBX, Skaneateles, and Chicago and none were as great nor as REASONABLY PRICED as Dr. Rumfola. He is excellent! Is a beautiful office & very courteous staff. All very helpful, & we were able to get my mother through her fitting for new dentures. She is 85 with dementia. All in the office were very understanding. Many thanks!

Had a visit with Dr. Rumfola today. Typically dentist are not people anyone looks forward to seeing, but its always a pleasure to go to this office. The staff is great, I showed up early and was not in the waiting room very long at all. Ive never had the amount of trust with any other dentist like I do with Dr. Rumfola. Visiting from Florida and ran into a little dental problem. Called Dr. Rumfola's office as I saw the 5 star reviews. Thought it might be a little difficult to be seen on short notice as a new patient. Amanda at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful, told me that they would be able to see me later that morning. What a wonderful experience! Lovely, new office, super nice staff and great doctor and assistant! I felt so relaxed being in such competent hands! The doctor and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and explained everything as they were going along. I would highly recommend the doctors and their staff. Dr. Rumfola and his assistant Maureen consistently make my dental visits a positive experience. They do excellent work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

He does very good work and is very conscientous of his work. He is very focused and determined when he has his tools in hand. He is good at making you comfortable when the work is being done. He is very personable and also has a cool yo-yo. One Friday evening I had an awful toothache and he left the comfort of his home and family to meet me at his office to remove the tooth. You don't see that kind of dedication to much anymore.
