As other reviewers in many sites also commented, I had a horrible experience with the receptionist over the phone. It was my first time appointment. I arrived on time and called the office from the car as I was directed. She started blaming on me about the appointment even though that was their mistake. If she handled flexibly, I reconsidered to reschedule. I've never talked such a "shouting receptionist". Her inappropriate verbal behavior has to be corrected or well guided by whoever in charge in the office. In either case, I will NEVER go there.

Dr Debra Reich-Sobel treats you like a family member. This is a high quality care that you do not find every day. If you get her as a Doctor,you have a great treasure.

lately I find the staff to be less than efficient. you have to call 3 or 4 times to get something resolved. its as if they don't pay attention to the patients files. they don't send what they should to insurance company then bills you aren't suppose to pay are sent to your home, with collection notices. I am worried I may have to look for a new doctor due to the staff's incompetence.

I had an 11:45 appointment, that somehow got lost in their system. I sat in that office until 1pm before being seen (in an exam room for 30 mins). No one comes to say the Dr. is held up with an emergency, he'll be right in...NOTHING. I mention this to Dr Shulman and I'm told there is an order by emergency...Ok, sure. Tell me why your staff couldn't come in and advise that. In fact, when I went to the desk to see if I was forgotten I was ignored. Once the front desk person finished yawning, she turned and said the Dr. "might be in the back, I'll check in a moment". WHAT? I've been in the exam room for 30 Mins. On my way out of the office, I ran into a friend that I didn't know when to the same Dr. She immediately begins to tell me how late her appointment is (she had to get back to work and wasn't seen) and that she's changing Doctors. So my issue clearly wasn't isolated UNACCEPTABLE to treat people this way! Needless to say I'm changing Doctors too!

I will update my review after the first appointment. My initial review was about the difficulty of making the appointment.

Dr Schulman takes time to listen. He doesn’t rush you out of the exam room, He explains everything and always makes sure I don’t have any questions.
