Beware of these reviews. Most of them were posted 7 months ago; some patients have posted 2 or 3 at the same time. I am a verified patient. If you like pain this is your dentist. I had an extraction without being numb. I said several time “I feel it.” He didn’t listen. It was vey traumatic and painful. Asked him to stop but he kept going even though I was crying. No woman should be treated like this. I developed trigeminal neuralgia. I was traumatized; took me 4 years to go back to Dentist for a cleaning. Not all dentist are like Dr Shleweet. Dr B at Clarksdale Dentistry is amazing. He is helping me with my fear so I can come checkups regularly. My kids and grandkids go to him too. My grandkids always leave smiling. Dr B says that coming to the dentist shouldn’t be painful because it discourages people from taking care of their oral health. With that being said, he referred me to an oral surgeon when he couldn’t numb me. The reason for this review is so others won’t hurt like me. Beware of these reviews. Best dentist office in Southaven .Awasome new building.Friendley staff. Great and caring dentists. Latest technologies used.

Dr.Joe has been wonderful to work with! The new office is very nice and the staff are super helpful and kind. He listens to any questions and concerns I may have and always takes the time to explain things to me.

Dr Joe is great, friendly and very knowledgeable DDS. He takes his time with you and pay attention to the details. Moreover, he’s artistic when it comes to cosmetic projects. I highly recommend him!

I had a problem with my 10 years old implant, 3 different DDS failed to figure the problem out until I went and saw Dr. Joe! From the first visit, he diagnosed the problem, explained it and put a plan to get it fixed! I’m very happy with the result: finally I can bite, eat and smile confidently. Dr.joe is one of best dentists in the mid south area. Him and his staff are so personable with their patients and that makes me feel very comfortable. He’s kind and caring because he’s also devoted to his patients, cares about his staff. He has an excellent staff, highly knowledgeable and very friendly.

I've been going to this dentist regularly, for 2 wisdom teeth extractions and multiple cavities (bad, I know ????). Multiple dentists said that I had one tooth that either needed a root canal or have it extracted. Dr. Mina, whose always cheerful, was scheduled to perform the root canal but he determined that it was an 80% chance of saving my tooth by doing a filling. Not only did I save on expenses, but It's been 3 months and haven't a problem since. They work with you on adjusting your bites during follow-ups. Chris, who works with Dr. Mina, is an amazing employee with a beautiful personality, always moving. Even though the office is busy, busy, busy... Employees like Chris and Dr. Mina still find the time to make you feel comfortable. I love coming to this place solely because of them. I always ask for Dr. Mina to be the one to operate on me because he listens and looks at all options. If you like severe pain, he is your dentist. I was referred to him for oral surgery w/ anesthesia because lidocaine doesn't numb me. He encouraged me to try gas in his office before opting for surgery. He was in a hurry. He started to pull my tooth before the gas had time to work. I told him I was hurting. He didn't listen. Instead he ask my husband, "what do u do with her at home." My tooth fractured above the gum line and the rest had to be cut out. It was very traumatic. I developed TMJ.

I went to Dr. Joe for about 5 years. He had to make her full uppers and lower partials. The first set broke after several months, and are repaired several times. In all, he made 3 complete sets and each one broke in EXACTLY THE SAME PLACE! I went to another dentist, and she saw that he had made them wrong. Her's have lasted 2 years, so far, without a problem! I WOULD NOT recommend going to him! He also hurt my wife on several visits!!!
