He was my dentist My whole life. He’s great with kids and has a great staff

This dentist is mean and horrible with children. He should find another profession.

I brought my kids to him 8 years ago when we were just new to the US. He was referred to us by my kid's primary doctor however when he was doing the procedure to one of kid's I noticed that my boy is in deep pain, his eyes was in tears and asking for mercy to stop but this dentist just continuing his thing and even telling my boy to stop talking and need to take the pain in a commanding voice. I thought this is the normal way or practice of US dentists. After that I never brought my kids to him again eventhough he keeps on calling me personally for follow-up. My boys are so traumatic for what happen. I send them to other dentist after that and notice the difference. The new dentist was so friendly, nice and very gentle handling my boys. So I realized that this doctor is a nightmare.

Bad experience, doctor was more concerned about why my kid has state and not private insurance. Made racist comments, definitely do not recommend.

not at all, it is very inconvenient to have to come in with cash to pay hospital bills since they do not take Credit Cards.

Be aware from this doctor , my visit was a nightmare i been very disappointed he didn't treat my kids well and plus he's a money hungry

DO NOT bring your kid to this doctor!! He is very brutal, and does not care about the kid. He pulled my kid's mouth so hard and bruised his cheek. He & his staff doesn't even care if the kid is ready, jumped right in to grabbed him forcefully. When my kid's hands slipped off my hands, he blamed us for not controlling him. He threatened to strap him on the board if the kid is not cooperative. He is very condescending when talking to us, without patience, changing stories about what he said last time. I feel like being insulted, kid being brutalized. He is hungry for money. (do the work & get the f* out of my office that kind of attitude) I would NOT recommend this doctor to any parent. I've been there twice, and would not want my kid suffers anymore!! DO NOT bring your kid to this doctor!! He is very brutal, and does not care about the kid. My children, my wife & I had never met a better pediatric dentist! Truly the best!

Both of my kids have been going to him for years! My kids are not the easiest to deal with when it comes to cleaning but he always manages to get the job done beautifully under difficult circumstances. Very friendly staff and professional. I highly recommend him.

Best dentist I have ever meet. I love how he sits down with you and explains everything and talk you through the treatment plan. I love how he is very understanding with children. I will defiantly recommend this dentist to anyone .

If you love your childrens, keep them away from him! He doesn't care about your children. He only cares about your wallet. Be sure he did everything he charge you for. Dr. Zucchero is an amazing dentist! My kids have been coming to him since my oldest was a baby (13 years!). He's very kind and most importantly, very patient! The staff is amazing! Always so kind! In the 13 years we've had Dr. zucchero as the kids dentist, we since moved out to Joliet but we still kept dr. zucchero because he is just the greatest. I appreciate when he teaches, informs the kids about proper dental care and is always reassuring to the parents as well. The exam room is the best - an open room concept where all the children can watch and listen while he works on a child ....very cool! Dr. Zucchero is an amazing dentist! Doctor Zucchero is a great man and dentist. Very good and thorough and very communicative, personable and informative. My children have been going to Dr. Zucchero for many years. I first met him when my 3 year old daughter fell into a coffee table and injured her top front teeth. Not only did he save her teeth he saved me from the anxiety I had through the whole accident. He has helped teach my children good dental habits. He has also taught my children not to be afraid of dental work. (from cavities to cleanings). I write this review after having witnessed a child getting two teeth pulled. He walked out of the office with a smile. I laughed and said us parents were sweating bullets and this kid is smiling. He is good with kids and as a mom this is all that matters to me. He is knowledgeable and he explains and shows you everything to make sure as a parent you are aware and understand. He takes his time with every child no matter how many children are in the waiting room. Most importantly my children like and are comfortable with him. I feel if we start good dental habits now as adults they will carry on with those habits. I always forget to say Thank you when I leave his office and I would like to say that now. I have been very, very pleased with this dentist. Not only did I go to him when I was a child, but now my kids go to him. We travel almost 30 miles one way to see him and it is worth the trip! The staff are nice, his office is kid friendly and Dr. Zucchero is very patient and kind with the children. Each visit he will share with me his findings and let know what things are happening that we need to keep an eye on as the teeth continue to grow and the mouth develops. The kids enjoy the visit and they have had healthy teeth and gums all the way into their teenage years! Dr. Zucchero is worth the visit! I have been very, very pleased with this dentist. the doctor is so nice and very patient with kids. the place is so simple and doesn't look fancy however the dentist knows exactly what he is doing. I took my toddler son there to get a second opinion after the first dentist in a busy fancy clinic wanted to drill my son's tooth. DR Zucchero reassured me and advised me to start brushing my son's teeth more often and to come back after 6 months. its been a year already and my son's teeth are cavity free! He yelled at my child and told my child to SHUT UP! He should never be allowed near children. Great office staff though. They were embarrassed by his behavior and repeatedly apologized. He then called to follow up and instead of apologizing he said it was all a misunderstanding.

this is one money hungry dentist he chages more than he tells you hidden fees and he lies that kids have cavitys i took my kid to another denist and they didnt see any cavitys so watch out
