Galloway Smiles is the greatest dentist I ever went to, the doctors are grateful, the nurses are grateful, all the staff. The doctors are very good at explaining the issue before they work on your teeth. I'm very grateful for that for the past three years I've been going to the dentist as far as pulling teeth, there has never been a problem.

Dr. Holderman is professional, skilled, Informative, tells you everything that’s going to happen along the way, gentle and probably the second best Dentist I’ve ever been to, Dr. Blair being the first :-). When Dr Blair mentioned he was getting ready to sell the practice, I was very nervous. Long history with not so good childhood visits…with Dr. Halderman, I have felt very fortunate to have had him replace Dr Blair. He has been nothing but kind patient, and a great dentist with me over the past several years. I have recommended him to anyone who’s looking, friends family, anyone who will listen! Very pleasant office. Very professional however very down to earth. I had my teeth cleaned and a good job was done. I recommend this practice very highly

Dr Halderman makes you feel like you are his only patient. He takes time to talk to you about any problems you may be having with your teeth but he remembers things you talked about on previous visits. I never feel like he is rushing. Always feel comfortable here. His staff is wonderful!!!

Dental cleaning was quick and painless. Very thorough. Checked by Dr. Halderman and a course of action was recommended. Always a pleasure to come here. Dr. Halderman, Dental Technician and receptionist are very personable. Helps ease the my dental fears.

Caring. professional and friendly. The patient feels safe and secure knowing that the service is going to be honest. Some other dentists in my experience say you need work that you do not. That does not happen here. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Everyone in the office and practice is very much concerned with the patients welfare.

Excellent in every way!

I transferred my son, 2 to your dental office several months ago. He had his first visit at the end of May. I noticed he had a cavity on one of his back molars. He also had his enamel coming off on his front teeth which was previously discussed with the prior dentist. Due to COVID, the prior dentist office did not return a call for an appointment so I decided to transfer him to Galloway Smiles because of their amazing reviews. I will say Dr. Halderman was amazing in the way he talked to my son and making him feel comfortable. Unfortunately now we will be going to a new dental office due to the lack of attention towards his teeth. I am not a dentist by any means, I put my trust in providers as they have went to school to be in this occupation. However I do not approve of the outcome of my child’s teeth because of the treatment plan Dr. Halderman chose. In May he looked at my son’s teeth and just said that they would be keeping an eye on them and scheduled a follow up visit in August. When August came around the cavity was worse, deeper and so was my son’s front teeth. We finally got a referral to a specialist. My son had dental surgery at the end of September and had to get three of his front teeth removed because they were decayed to the root. He had to get a crown on his back molar with the cavity because it was too deep to fill. They also had to do a nerve treatment on it. He had other cavities on his teeth which had them place caps on them. First I never claimed that this was my fault, I take responsibility. I gave my son milk at bedtime not realizing that the milk breaks down the enamel and causes harm to teeth. Once I knew I stopped but the damage was already done. I am completely frustrated that in May when we had our first visit we were not referred then to maybe have a different outcome of him losing his three front teeth and maybe me not having a bill of $3,500 which I had to pay $2,550 up front just so he could get his teeth taken care of. The dentist there advised we should have been referred much sooner to them which yes I know this also goes on the prior dentist’s office too however this should have not been handled the way it was. Please next time you see a child’s teeth look like this, refer them immediately to a specialist so they do not have to go through everything we have. People learn from their mistakes, I certainly have with the milk and next time to push more on something happening instead of trusting in someone who works in the occupation. I absolutely LOVE this place. Dr Halderman is the BEST dentist I have ever had. I got a root canal from here and I was in No pain afterwards, no lie. I thought I would be but I absolutely wasn't. I am so happy that I have found a permanent dentist. Dr. Halderman was so kind, he explained everything he did, the dental hygienist was very nice, front desk, everyone! Dr. Halderman and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for during your appointment. As someone who has tremendous anxiety about any and all dental visits, I was so impressed with the entire experience. I highly (HIGHLY!) recommend him to anyone in need of dental care.

Let me just say, this practice is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. When I said I have anxiety about anything dental related (especially needles), the staff immediately listened to my needs. I would highly recommend this dental practice for patients of any age! I witnessed a little girl about 4 years old rushing to the lobby, dental bib around her neck, to show off her new toothbrush and fancy case to her dad and little brother! What a great example of an excellent practice to create a positive experience for youngsters! And the staff and Dr. Halderman are equally professional with their older patients! I recently had a filling, with a different dentist. It was close to the nerve. On the night of Thursday July 2nd the root called it quits causing me plenty of pain. Went to a dental urgent care (out of network) who roundabout said "you should probably have a root canal that you'd have to pay for out of pocket but, eh it might be alright through the weekend." I even asked them if it was infected, they responded in the negative. After another sleepless and more painful night I got up on the 4th of July knowing I had to figure something out. Enter Dr Halderman. He was the ONLY emergency dentist that returned my call. And did so quickly, on the 4th of July. In the morning. After talking with me for 3 minutes he said "it's infected and you need antibiotics before anything can be done." He called in the prescription, on the 4th of July in the A.M., and an hour later I was taking the antibiotics that enabled me to have the root canal on Monday. I'm not a regular client for him. I'm a random guy whose tooth hurt a lot and he was willing to help out. 5. Dang. Stars. AND an internet high 5. Thanks Dr Halderman.

I cannot say enough good things about Galloway Smiles - although my husband and I moved to Westerville in August 2017, we have no intention of finding another dentist and will gladly continue make our semi-annual drives to Galloway Smiles because Dr. Halderman and all of the employees there are simply that fantastic!
