Not enough characters to post my full review on this site, but I'm posting a review everywhere this woman pops up. RUN IF YOU GET THIS DOCTOR. She is incompetent, and her staff is straight disrespectful and also incompetent.

Arrived at the appointment but nobody was there and the phone wouldn't ring through. Waited for a half an hour but nobody ever showed up. Called around to other listed offices for Joy and found I was in the right place.

My dad's PCP is Joy Ruiz-Molleston but every time he comes in he don't see dr.joy majority of his visit he saw her PA my dad has been complaining about loosing weight in a span of 2-3 months he'd lost 15-18lbs unintentionally but doctor ignored him, they also knew that my dad has hepatitis and they fail to treat that or even get him referred to a specialist. They don't listen to their patient all they do is keep on prescribing medication instead of taking time to check on the roots.

Office is non-responsive to calls or precription refills. Always had to ask pharmacy to submit refill request over a week in advance to try & ensure response before ran out of scrip. Office staff fairly unprofessional, to the point of openly speaking about patients issues in front of other patients. A majority of the time, the phones are not answered but no one responds to voice mails either. Ridiculous.

The office is a complete mess, papers thrown about everywhere. They never answer the phones. I have left multiple messages over 2 months for test results and not once received a return call. Insurance has been billed, but no results. Completely disorganized. Also tried to prescribe a medication for everything single little symptom for myself and my husband rather than suggesting to find the root of any issue. Wait time was OK. Staff was friendly but not very communicative or organized.
