His office does not respond to refill requests, he can barely hear (he is quite old: guessing 80), changed dosage on drug that requires labs without requesting labs, wrote the prescription for a future month rather than the current month/day.

Dr. Poletti has been treating me for about four years. I am exceedingly pleased with my experience. He is a traditionalist in my opinion, and if you don't need to spend a lot of time on the couch delving into the past, and would rather just deal with the here and now, he' your man. I would recommend him. There is no finer Doctor out there. There are some issues with his office. They are hard to get a hold of.
