I recently was referred to Dr Rivera for continued support with my sleep apnea, because my previous ear closed his practice in the RGV. The DME I used in the past stopped working with CPAP supplies. I received my sleep study back in July 18, with the promise of a second sleep study a few days later. I received an email stating that sleep studies would be on hold for the foreseeable future due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I called stating I had already had COVID-19and recovered, that I needed my sleep study because, my CPAP mask was holding on by threads. If those threads break, I don’t have a replacement, and I’ll be risking my life by sleeping without it. They said they’d call me back to see what could be done. A week later no call. I called back was given the same run around. I’ve called 4 times, and spoken to Josie Sepulveda each time, she refuses to let me speak and continually interrupts and ultimately will say she will speak to the Dr. and return my call which never happens. That woman is completely incompetent and should never be in charge of speaking with people on the phone. In the meantime, my mask will break at any point, and I will be risking my life due to the incompetence of his staff.
