Dr Edwards performs spinal injections, ablation, and other pain management procedures. She is exceptionally skilled, educated, and has a great bedside manner. Dr Edwards has performed multiple procedures, over the years, without complications, and provides feedback and alternative methods.

waiting for treatment since last year, very bad service, they do not answer calls. no emails, I don't understand, patient in pain, I'll change a doctor, there's no other way

The management is horrible!!!!! My mother has has a referral to see them for 4 weeks now. We have called every few days for the past 4 weeks to schedule an appointment and NO ONE has called us back. Dr Edwards has literally saved my life anyone with chronic pain knows that sometimes it just gets impossible to keep positive. You just want it to go away and that can lead to some dark thoughts. Dr Edwards has given my life back., I now wake up knowing that I can put one foot in front of the other my pain is 70* covered most of the time she listens to me and cares how I’m feeling and has never let me down. Excellent office staff and Dr Edwards takes the time to listen. She cares about your issues and tries to help with them.

My husband has severe pain in his neck from a work injury and I called and asked how soon could he be seen since I found this office on our insurance plan website. As soon as I told her it was a work injury, she just hung up on me. Very rude receptionist. She might want to consider a career change, maybe one where she isn't expected to help people. No response or call backs and she threatened me on my first visit because I wanted pain relief. I said " should I drink for pain or are you going to fix my pain" she said "are you threating me?" I said "no" she then set up an appointment for an epidural. I tried to get follow up epidural and 3 weeks later I said "this doctor won't even call me. And why?" I even have her office on recording. She doesn't follow up and her staff is the same. She and her office has never called me or respond to messages. Best pain management doctor with best nurse Beth! You will not get this kind of care anywhere else!

Wonderful and caring doctor that listens to you. Dr Edwards is a caring individual wish more doctors had her "bedside " manner.

She really takes her time to talk with you and listen to your concerns. Excellent doctor.

Dr. Edwards is one of the few pain management doctors that I have found that is NOT a pill pusher. She truly cares about my quality of life and consequently seeks out alternative methods to managing my pain.

Dr. Edwards has helped my wife and I manage out back pain with minimally invasive procedures that are both timely and effective. She is not a "pill pusher" like many of the pain management doctors are. She looks for solutions to the cause of the pain.

Dr. Edwards has been a great doctor for our family. Both her and her assistant Beth work very well with us on managing our pain on a monthly basis. She is strict with her rules on medication. She is kind, honest and fair as long as her patients are honest with our information to her. I have been to multiple pain management doctors and after now going to Dr. Edwards, I will always go to her for my pain management needs. - absolutely 5 stars.

I have been seeing Dr. Edwards for about a year and she is one of the most compassionate, kind, and attentive doctors I have ever seen. She doesn’t make you feel like a drug seeker just because you have chronic pain and I like that she doesn’t stigmatizes you. I recommend anyone with chronic pain to make an appointment with her. I went to see this doctor for pain that I have constantly since my accident in 2011. This doctor didn’t believe me I had pain , accused me of lying , refused to give medicine . She had little patience and rude comments the entire visit . I do not recommend this doctor! Please take my word of advice and don’t waste your time with her. Find someone else please . I have never been so disrespected in my life from a doctor! If a dr could be sued for being rude and disprespectful , I would sue her !

Dr. Edwards and her assistant Beth are two of the kindest people I know. She always takes the time to see what is happening with my illness as well as checking on my family too. Beth is more than accommodating to get me appointments around my work schedule. I wish at times that Dr Edwards was a general practitioner as she is my favorite doctor and I could see her more! If you want a compassionate, caring doctor to help you with pain you can not do better than Dr. Edwards.

She is a very caring Doctor, when you consider what she does for a living and the lives that are in her hands it's incredible that she can make each of her patience live with a pain that are all different but she seems to know what to do for the different pains. I know that I would still be flat on my back if it wasn't for her as I broke my back and then had major surgery that didn't work out well but with her understanding and a few ups and down she's made my life a lot easier. Thank you Doctor

While definitely a knowledgeable physician when it comes to pain management, her people skills leave much to be desired . She can have very limited patience when asking questions and at times can be condescending and/or confrontational. I chose to find another pain management doctor who also has a comfortable/professional patient interaction and bedside manner. Also watch your statements. I have been billed for services previously paid AND services not performed.

I was hesitant at first to go to Dr. Edwards because of a few reviews but I decided to go and I am very happy I did. She was so sweet, understanding, listened and very attentive and funny. I had 2 Epidural Steroid Injections by her and she is awesome. I highly recommend her. (This was in Dec. 2015)

I really don't know what this doctor is like, because the person who answers her phone was soooo rude, I decided not to make the appointment. I just had major back surgery 2 weeks ago and have been in a lot of pain. I wanted to have one doctor to monitor my pain with my prescriptions, So that I wasn't doing it myself. However, I needed someone relatively soon. I needed someone to be patient with me because I am on medicine right now. What a very very very rude receptionist. I told her I was going to tell my doctor not to send them my information and she said "fine" then I told her I wasn't going to send it because she was so very rude and she said "fine". Nice lady!
