One star only because you can't write a comment otherwise. Worst single experience with a medical practitioner ever. I'm writing a comment on several sites and I have NEVER written one negative comment ever of a person, place, or thing. If I can steer one person clear of this woman, great. She spent at most 2 minutes with me and only repeated what her assistant (Garrett - good guy) had previously told me. You have other options for care. Pick any of them and you will be more satisfied.

Repaired my foot when other doctors didn’t want to touch it. Dr Bacon is the best. Honored by her colleagues and contemporaries

Very thorough in her examination, explained what is my problem, laid out the plan of care and what I had to do. Office staff very courteous, friendly and informative. I am very glad was referred to Dr Bacon will recommend her highly.

Dr. Bacon is a very knowledgeable doctor & excellent surgeon who uses the best available tech to treat your injury. I saw her after an ER misdiagnosis of a lisfranc ligament tear. She immediately knew what it was & X-rays & MRI confirmed it. She went straight to the point and did not sugarcoat what I needed or how long my recovery would be. I’ve had doctors that made me feel like their daughter and sugar coated stuff and where negligent. She may not baby you but she will take care if your injury

I didn't need surgery so she wasn't interested. That was the attitude I got from her. She gave very little explanation and left the room very quickly.

Dr. Bacon and her team are exceptional! Dr. Bacon is no nonsense with a quit wit about her. She immediately new what what was the injury, best treatment for me and has amazing surgical skills. Her team is sweet and caring. Highly recommmend!!!

I saw Dr. Bacon today for a very painful heel. She was so uncaring and rambled off what planters fasciitis is and what to do, never once looking me in the eye. Told me I had to stop wearing cute shoes - an assumed judgement on me as I've never met her. Then I hear her tell one of her associates in the hall that she needs a recording as it's the same speech over and over again. How unprofessional!! Might be a tiresome ailment for her, but I've never had it before. Her staff was super kind though!

Dr. Bacon and staff are very attentive and caring. Dr. Bacon has a great bedside manner but did not sugarcoat my problem. She thoroughly explained my treatment options to help me make and be comfortable with my treatment plan decision. I would highly recommend her to anyone with foot and ankle problems.

i had suffered for years with a foot problem until Dr Bacon performed a surgery that may save my foot when others wanted to remove it. She was blunt, straightforward, a little sarcastic, maybe even a little funny and I love all those things about her as it lightens the mood and takes all the guess work out of the situation. I'll never be able to thank her for what she has done for and to me.

Dr Bacon & her staff give excellent expert care. The team is professional, treat all with respect & concern for each individual need. They are always available to the patients & their family members. My wife is a retired nurse & she highly respects Dr Bacon & staff. As my wife has said, "Doctors & medial professionals end up helping those that have had accidents or have put themselves in a position to need care ( non compliant or making poor personal health choices)." Dr Bacon is amazing!

Dr Bacon is beyond the best. She took care of my baby as if he was her own, and as much as I love her and her staff I hope to never have to see them again and am confident that if ever I do it will not be for the same injury!

I am very happy with the care and the outcome of my surgery. Dr Bacon is kind, direct and skillful, The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend her

I have had bad feet since birth. When my knee needed replacement due to being 20 degrees out of alignment, the foot totally collapsed and made it very painful to walk. Dr Bacon reconstructed the foot and fused it. It has allowed me to go back to a normal life without pain walking.

Very rude and condescending. I will not go back and I am looking for another Dr.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Bacon and her staff. They are all very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bacon did an amazing job putting my ankle back together. I was concerned about ruining my tattoo, and you cannot even see the scar. She was awesome!! Jose & Carrie (sorry if I've misspelled names) are also wonderful and very caring. I always felt special and like I was the only patient they were dealing with. I actually look forward to my appointments so I can catch up with them!!

Same day appointment was nice. The girls working the front/back desk treated me as though i was bothering them. Dr. Bacon was very short, hurried and brief, this was my first time seeing her. I'm pretty confident that she misdiagnosed me. I will find another physician for a 2nd opinion if the pain doesn't get any better in the next few days. My foot hurts so bad, I am literally in tears typing this, and was given nothing, just told the boot would ease the pain...which remains to be seen.

I visited Dr. Bacon 6 times. Out of the 6 times I only saw her once. The remainder of the time I saw her assistant. I always felt rushed.

Communication skills are poor. Didn't inform me on anything before or after my surgery about what she would be doing to repair my fractured ankle. I just happened to see the x-ray on the screen and had to ASK if I had two plates (I thought I just had one). She answered Yes and still didn't explain anything to me. Appointments are always rushed. She never spent more than 3 or 4 minutes with me IF she bothered to attend my appointment at all - usually sent the PA in to see me.
