Dr. Jude Ogho Okugbeni

Dr. Jude is very nice and compassionate. He takes his time in caring for his patients.

My 12 year old daughter was diagnosed with COVID and developed symptoms such as stomach pain and diarrhea which required her to be seen by her PCP. Dr. Okugbeni refused to see my daughter because she had a positive COVID diagnosis from CHOA. I am reporting Dr. Okubeni to CHOA and the board of health as refusing to provide patient care for my daughter. I am very very upset and disappointed that Dr. Okugbeni would refuse to provide urgent care to my 12 year old daughter.

Waited over an hour. Poor bedside manor. Did not send all prescriptions to the pharmacy. 24 hours later, still waiting for the last Rx despite calling the office.

Overall horrible experience. Waited over an hour. Poor bedside manor. Still waiting for of the Rx to be sent to my pharmacy (only sent 2 of 3). Felt rushed as he came in and out between myself and another patient.

Dr Jude is one of the best doctors in the world. He takes his time with his patients and is very patient
