This office is terrible. I called for months just to try to get an appointment. They sent out a long packet, I filled it all out and promptly mailed it back. I called and called and still was not able to even get an appointment. If they aren’t taking new patients, they should be honest instead of wasting peoples time! There is definitely a long waiting list for new patients... but for very good reason! There is no other facility for children with developmental disabilities in the area that can compare with Albany Med. I’ve been all over the Capital District trying to get help for my Autistic daughter, and I am absolutely certain that this facility is the lead in developmental pediatrics! Without question, it was so worth the wait! There is definitely a long waiting list for new patients... but for very good reason! Great bedside manner. Took amazing care of my two little ones.
