Great Service!!!! I actually went there when someone step on my reading glasses at a party around the area. I googled an optical store and found them. For a moment I thought my glasses' frame was unfixable. When arrived I was greeted by Natalie. She took my glasses and came back within 3mn with my glasses as new!!!!! I couldn't believe it, she really did magic....In top of that I haven't been charge anything even though I insisted... I highly recommend this place...They have now a new patient in me! A really smart and kind woman helped me fix my glasses for free. I thought they were goners but the people at Dassler Eye saved the day. 5 stars!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dassler’s for approximately ten years. During several of those years, I saw her bi-weekly because my eyes were uniquely difficult to fit with contact lenses. Consequently, she is very familiar with me and my unique health issues, which perhaps are caused by my 60 years of having Type 1 diabetes. I have always admired her professionalism and attention to detail, as well as her bedside manner; however, at our last appointment that was in December 2021, we spent approximately 30 minutes catching up before she informed me that she had not been vaccinated for COVID-19. While this is her choice, I feel as though she put me at unnecessary risk by failing to advise me of that fact so that I could have made an informed decision whether to go forward with the appointment or not. Awesome eye doc. Been going there for years. smart, patient and very professional

Doctor was good but when I ordered my contacts they took weeks to come in- and I was told it would be a week at most. Misrepresented and I was low on contacts when I ordered. A mess. Bad customer service, no one was following up trying to expedite.

Doctor was extremely nice but my appointment was on the 10th of last month (24 days ago) and I still have not received my glasses I paid almost $400 out of pocket for. I have called 3 times and get a different answer every time. When I was in the office they told me a week to a week and a half. two weeks later I called and was told no its 2 to 2 and a half weeks. I called earlier this week and got an entirely different answer all together. I would have recommended this office before but now would definitely reconsider. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR. The doctor cares only about money. Before making my appointment I spoke with the doctor about my infectious-like symptoms and how my eyes weren't responding to antibacterial drops that were prescribed by a general practitioner. I mentioned that my company recently issued its employees new toxic uniforms that have made a lot of us sick. I told her that if I'm making an appointment, I need to get my eyes lab tested to get to the bottom of this. I told her I was only going to come in if she took a sample and sent it off for testing. *When I talked to the front desk the receptionist tells me that my eye issuance would cover my visit* I get there for my appointment and all she does is look at my eyes for less than 1 minute and tells me it looks like allergy symptoms and she'd like me to see an allergist before she does any testing. I was frustrated, but accepting of it, still thinking my eye insurance was covering my visit. I go to the front desk and receptio

DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going there for 5 years now and the doctor does not care about you, she cares about your money! She gave me the same prescription for my contacts all five years and charged me for the exam even though she just put the same prescription. Then when I called her out for it she responded with, "let me just change your prescription now" like over the phone, with NO test! She was just going to change my prescription by making it higher not actually testing my eyes. CORRUPT TO THE MAX! DO NOT GO HERE! I arrived on time for an appt, was led to an exam room, and left there alone for 45 minutes, without being seen. I had to approach the front desk to ask if a doc was actually coming, she just told me to wait.
