Dr. Judy A Macy

I’ve very unhappy with her service! You can’t get through to her office by phone anymore because she has calling restrictions! Why I’m her patient and I can’t call your office. I’m just calling for my test results she ordered. I’ve gotten through to her number before to schedule appointments. In the past when I got through to her number the staff NEVER follows through like they said they would! Very unhappy patient here!

Dr.Macy and her staff have been so nice and professional over the 8 years I have been with her. She gave me hope for a healthier life and advocated for me every step of the way. She truly loves her patients and does everything in her power to help; even when others give up. Thank you so much for the life you have brought back to me.

I will never ever in life go here I waited over a hour for her to even come into the room than I have all these bruises from the emg plus now I have a punch nerve and and she won’t wrote the prescription for me to get therapy because she want the money

I love the staff including the compassionate care of Dr. Macy. However, she recommended PT which I told her I couldn't afford and she (Dr. Macy) said she would take whatever the insurance paid as payment in FULL. Then one full year later I get billed for the PT. I wrote her a letter reminding her of our arrangements at the time of PT and she never acknowledged my letter and I'm still getting bills in the mail. So don't believe what she tells you. I am totally happy with this facility! The staff is awesome..just love that receptionist Debbie... Judy Macy MD is kind an caring and she knows her profession well! I am almost finished with PT for my rotater cuff tear and i am healed without surgery...so happy!! My Physical Therapist Matt is the best...he helped get my mobility back and I owe him so much thanks for pushing me to keep going!!! Thank you all for taking such great care of me...I will miss you all very much! The best physical therapy in Monroe, MI..no one could ever compare!! Scheduled an EMG test here because it was the earliest a place could fit me in. Office staff was great, but Dr. Macey was scattered and would talk about anything but my injuries. Overall unprofessional doctor. Would not recommend.
