Dr. Jacqueline Cheatham-Terry ROCKS!!! She is a fantastic doctor who is up to date on all new health news. She takes the time to listen to her patients. She trusts the patient who knows their own body first and is very good at filling in where the patient may be uninformed or lacking with their information. She doesn't make you feel like a number but instead treats her patients with respect, care, and time. Dr.Cross is very unprofessional and rude!!!!!! She doesn't want you to tell her what or how your body is feeling she wants to tell you how it's feeling! She put me on a medicine that has caused me alot of problems but she refuses to change my medicine even though the side effects are there and it's caused me lots of problems. Everybody's bodies aren't the same and there can be more side effects than what is listed with the drug! But oh no she doesn't think you will have any of the side effects at all she's more confident in the drug than she is in you!!!!! I rate her a big fat 0!!! Dr. Cross has been an EXCELLENT doctor for my mother, who has dementia. She is patient, concerned, informative, and always takes her time with my questions/ concerns. I am so grateful for Dr. Cross, and her equally compassionate staff!!! It's a difficult process to get my mother to the doctor... But Dr. Cross and her staff are Soo Helpful and Kind!! I am very grateful to have this team treating/ taking care of my mother!! God Bless Dr. Cross and her Wonderful Team!!??????
