Love love love this office. They actually care and come up with treatment plans to try everything. I’m now 2 weeks post op from a SI joint fusion. Hands down the best decision! Dr Cameron is a miracle worker and highly recommend going to him. Nicha is has been a huge help in my recovery as well. A shout out goes to the staff. Gabby and the team at the front are always wonderful.

I love the atmosphere of this place. As soon as you walk in, it puts you at ease and calms you right down. From the relaxing music, comfortable chairs to sit in, coffee and water available to the friendly staff taking their time to explain everything to you in a way that youll understand. I've never felt rushed out of the office. Everyone here has been so nice. I truly recommend!

I’ve had back pain for over ten years, been getting epidural shots every three months (with different doctors) and eventually they weren’t doing anything for me… I feel like I’ve tried every medication my pain management doctor has prescribed joint injections, I’ve had several nerves oblations, surgical procedures, by multiple doctors. November 2022 my back completely gave out (granted it’s happened before, but never for so long) where I couldn’t move at all without assistance. I wasn’t able to walk for a full 2 months (complete bed rest) It wasn’t till I started seeing Nicha (very knowledgeable in all aspects) that I see hope, by mid/early January I was able to walk to the bathroom on my own and now I’m able to go on walks around the block with little to no discomfort. Granted I have days that are better than other but over all I’m hopeful and see the light at the end of the tunnel that things will get better! This week (mid February 2023) I was able to do 15 minutes on a stationary bike (of course with back support) and I’m over the moon with the progress I’ve had. I like that they have taken a more of a non invasive approach in my case specially since my body has rejected/gotten immune all the opioids and injections throughout the years. I’m sure each case is different but they see every patient as a person, not as a number or how much money they can make. Oh and the office staff I cannot speak enough of they are the face and the back bone to any medical practice. I’ve gone to an other spine specialist in the area, that although I thought highly of the doctor/surgeon, the office was horrible, unprofessional and disorganized (they always lost paper/files and reports) I never heard back BUT NOT HERE. At Comprehensive Spine Center, with Julian A. Cameron, M.D., F.A.A.O.S. Their office staff ….. they are on it! They’re very knowledgeable about insurance. I have TriCare (active duty) and in Florida I’ve run into MANY doctor office that take TRICARE but do not know how to file claims, or take away too long to submit referrals. Here the office staff is very efficient, with great customer service; you never feel like you don’t know what’s going on with your case Dr. Cameron is luck to have them as part of his team. I feel blessed to be one of their many patient but when I’m in the room I feel like my health and well-being is their only priority! I would highly recommend to my love ones unfortunately we are only stationed here for a few more months and honestly I wish I could take Physician Assistant, Nicha with me, best spine doctor office I’ve been to in over 10 years. And one more thing because some people are not morning people, they even have coffee in their waiting room if that’s your thing. Very clean and welcoming, I can’t say enough good things but I do wish they had an office in Boca Raton/Deerfield since it’s a 40 minute commute for me but once again we’ll worth it.

My initial visit was with PA-C Cumberbatch and she was amazing. Listened attentively and gave me my options. Also all the ladies at the front desk were very professional and polite and you see that they love working here and helping patients. Will recommend to anyone I know.

I’ve been to several medical facilities and must say the Comprehensive Spine Center is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. The staff was amazing, but more specifically Ms. Stacey. I’ve had a long day of work and her energy, laughter and overall amazing spirit brought me to at ease. Well, what can I say about the Comprehensive spine center located in tamarac with Doctor Julian Cameron , along with his staff. They are best of the best ! I was injured on my job were I had to have surgery on my lower back. First of all, I was in alot of pain and was very apprehensive about doing back surgery. However, after meeting Doctor Cameron and talking to him , the only thing I can say is that he's a very caring Doctor and he makes you feel like you are a part of his family. He explain everything to me about the surgery and assured me that I had nothing to worry about. I even spoke to members of his staff, and a few of their friends and family had a similar back surgery with Doctor Cameron and everyone were successful. Like I said, I was in a lot of pain and could hardly walk. Well, after the surgery, within the first week, I was up and walking, (slowly) , but my heavenly FATHER, I was walking around my house without that pain. I only had very little pain and I do mean very little. I attribute that to the fact that I just got out of surgery but I can walk without pain !! I truly believe as the days go by , I will get much better and the little pain, and did I mention very little pain, will eventually go away. This is a typical South Florida ambulance chasing chop shop for auto accidents. I'm sure they are linked to several lawyers of equal quality as well. I never saw a doctor. It was poorly orchestrated care through a variety of office assistants and a nurse practitioner. They implemented all of the traditionally scandalous, ill-reviewed forms of physical therapy (bogus bone growth stimulator, TENS therapy, etc. ) with no actual medical review or proof of practice; all high dollar/low cost items they can bill heavily through insurance and collaborate with disreputable vendors on to take advantage of patients. Please save yourself time, money and frustration and find a spinal clinic that doesn't prioritize auto accidents - even if that's the reason for your visit. I met Dr Cameron in 2011 and was dealing with severe lower back pain caused in a car accident. I was a perfectly able bodied person who went to living in bed, being stuck on pain meds that didn't help, and hating waking up because that was the most painful time of day for me. He looked at my MRIs and recommended surgery, I was not going to feel any better without it. Back then there were SO many people who had huge scars on their back and no pain relief or increased mobility to be gained from it. I was 28 at the time so I was petrified of living on with worse pain than I was already enduring. I distinctly remember the tears that were falling and he gave a quick laugh and said "Why are you crying? We have an answer for you now." That kind of response made me feel confident he knew he could help and I trusted him even after being told by several friends not to do it. I feel a need to write a review today for him because I was thinking about how grateful I am to Dr Cameron. After the surgery, I was able to heal and get off the horrible meds and got to enjoy being in my body again. Now in 2020 I have 2 very small and barely visible scars on my right lower spine area, I've had years of working at a job that matters where I get to help kids with special needs, I don't have to be afraid of moving around, I love doing yoga, and little things like not minding parking at the far end of a parking lot because it doesn't hurt to walk. You have played a huge part in my life and I am thankful to you for every day where I can get out of bed and go to a job where I'm helping special kiddos, and I'm able to play with them. The only reason i actually gave a star is because of Jodie. She was very pleasant. Not actually sure if it's because the doctor is away til next month but the wait time is freaking ridiculous! I'm usually patient but almost 2hrs is crazy. I was referred by my chiropractor and i took off work to attend this appointment. Well i waited close to 2hrs and still didn't see the P.A. It was extremely cold and the music was driving me insane for almost 2hrs. I really hope it's different when the doctor is there. If you plan on going there..pack a lunch, sweater and possibly headphones. I told the young lady at the front desk that I'm leaving and her response was "You don't want to wait" Ms. I've been waiting almost 2 hrs. Hope your experience will be better than mine. It's really hard to put into words.. Dr. Cameron is my hero. Literally, even after the surgeries were over. Just like the office staff, AMAZING people, Gaby, Jodi and Katelyn have literally from day one have taken care of me and my family as if we were all family, it's been almost 2 years, and they have all been just outstanding, before, during and after surgery, I can never thank them enough! Doctor Julian Cameron is one of the most caring and compassionate doctor, orthopedic surgeon , I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. He really cares,goes above/beyond what any surgeon had ever done for me. I've been in excruciating pain for over 20 years now, it never gets better, only gets worse. He REALLY cares & honestly wants to STOP PAIN if possible. I know I have a slim chance as crushed nerves x20urs= only pain. His plan:1) surgery2)burn nerves; stop pain signal from nerves

He's a good listener, always explains the conditions, medical procedures and what to expect throughout the process thoroughly, and is trustworthy in making the best decision for the patient. His staff Kaitlyn was very good with needles and drawing blood (which I've had bad experiences prior). Good experience. Totally recommending them!
