Good doctor does a great job.

She is the worst doctor I UAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. I have been calling her office for over a year trying to get my daughters records they never answer the phone. One time I waited in her office for 4 hours and I left I was upset she ended up treating my daughter without even seeing her.

I call the office to get my daughter calture result that send from ER, they notify me they recive the result but I have to wait the doctor to call me back when she's available. I was so worried I waited 3 hours and call back thinking of they at least tell me what is wrong. They say I have to wait the doctor to call me, I waited all day they close the office without notify me what's wrong with my doughter. I was so disappointed but more worried so call the hospital to get the result myself the ER doctor explain the seriousness of her case and order her treatment right away. It's been over two weeks i still didn't recive a call from Dr.Naldo or her office what so ever, I do not recommend to any one to risk their kids well being in the hand of this irresponsible doctor office I wish their is a 0* on the rating. This was 1st time seeing this doctor and I was not happy. The MA'S are very unprofessional. They kept me on hold for almost an hour. Then we waited almost two hours to be seen from our apointment time. While we were in our room an MA brings another family to weigh another baby in our room. The floors are very dirty. They don't clean the room just change the paper on the bed. And when we said something to the Dr she was like we'll they are double booking and just brushed it off like she dn't care
