Dr. Yu was able to expedite my appointment to get my chipped front tooth fixed within a few days before my wedding. 1 tooth repair turned into 3 after I explained how my previous dental repairs had created a larger center gap and angled teeth. He casually accepted the challenge and fixed my chipped crooked teeth very well! I've never felt more confident in my smile and I am so grateful for how welcoming and friendly the fellow staff was in helping me. Thank you Dr. Yu and staff!

As an Adult with extremely high anxiety when it comes to seeing a dentist/dentalwork - I am so thankful I have Dr Yu and his team at My Nashua Dentist. He and his entire staff are always friendly, kind, patient and attentive to their patients needs. Dr. Yu is an excellent dentist. I have had a lot of crowns done, fillings and deep tissue cleanings. Not only is he extremely professional but he takes time to explain procedures and makes sure you are comfortable when he is doing them. Dr. Yu and his staff are the nicest people around! The receptionist always greets everyone with a a giant smile. They are always able to fit us into their schedule...they have even squeezed me in for 2 separate emergencies and treated me with such kindness and care. During a routine cleaning and X-rays, Dr Yu advised I had a broken tooth (X-rays were shown and confirmed same). He explained my options and costs and I decided that I needed a crown. The procedure was painless and Dr Yu explained the process before as well as during the procedure. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr Yu and his staff. This is a great place to get any sort of dental needs done. The downfall is there are administrative team responsible for billing answering phones and customer service. It took me almost 4 months to get a bill I called every week it was like pulling teeth for someone to answer. After numerous times them telling me it was the correct address they verified what I was saying was on the bill one person finally listened and told me it was wrong the entire time they had never entered it in. Nevermind the unprofessionalism of how I received the bill it was a used envelope the seal was gone all of the previous post office marks/stamps we're crossed out with a black crayon, never less my address was scribbled out with a pen and Rewritten below the previous. This is a great dentist but the front office staff needs to get their stuff together.

Dr Yu replaced a crown yesterday. Decay had started under the crown and xrays 2 days before showed there was an immediate problem. The old crown was up tight against other teeth, making removal and repairs challenging. I've been a nervous dental patient since childhood. Dr Yu's care and concern for my treatment showed in every aspect of this multi-hour appointment, from initial numbing shots through removal of an old crown, filling the large cavity that grew under it, and on to installation of the new temporary crown. No pain. The doctor is a gentle and extremely capable professional through and through. I'll be staying with dentist and clinic for many years to come. Bottom Line: Outstanding work, terrific person, and a great staff.

Dr. Yu is probably the nicest, most approachable Dentist's I've ever had (I'm mid-50's and have had quite a few). He takes his time, treating me like I'm his only patient for the day, and the same can be said for Katie, who consistently cleans my teeth like no other hygienist has: always in a great mood, takes her time to make you feel like you just had the best cleaning ever, and very professional. It's quite a team! I'm really happy with the new staff too. Lastly, I have to say that the building is also part of the whole package; it's historical, beautiful and the rooms/chairs are very comfortable.

I was THE most nervous, apprehensive patient in the world. I had not been to a dentist since the 80's! My wife convinced me to go back last year because she loved Dr Pollack. I must say the entire staff was wonderful. They were patient with me and worked with my fears and apprehension...to the point where I now look forward to my visits. As usual a very nice welcom from Kristie as always----Katty did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and gums---and nice conversation. It would be very nice to see something on the ceiling when people are getting thier teeth cleaned---maybe a variety of posters to look at---there are some smaller type of projectors that can be positioned to be used on a variety of backdrops---like a cieling. The cleaning may not take too long, but seeing something on the cieling is better than looking at the lights. {I have fewer teeth than most people} Happy Holidays to the staff and Dr. Todd------------see you all next year.

I am TERRIFIED of dentists. So much so that I had not been to a dentist since late 1982. (That's not a misprint). My 8 yr old son has had some pretty awful experiences with other dentists in the past and was terrified to go to any more dental visits. My husband was already a patient of Dr. Pollack and thought my son should try going to him. The very first visit was a complete success and a huge turn around for my son. Dr. Pollack was amazing with him, my son felt very comfortable and relaxed in his care. My son has been going there for about two years now for cleanings and fillings. The best part is when I tell him he's going to the dentist he doesn't fight me or feel afraid at all.
