He is the Best.

Horrible experience! Probably the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. I went on Wednesday they told me to come back Thursday they only had the nurse practitioner in. I go back Thursday tell them why am there sit there fill out the paperwork and wait only to be called up and told they weren’t taking any new patients. This wasted two different trips 2 different days because of their inability to either communicate or be honest. I would not recommend even giving this place a try if this is how they handle new patients I can only imagine how they handle Existing patients and medical related issues. Horrible experience! I love it here! Always nice and fast. dr. Cooke is always nice and makes you feel welcome and not rushed. The nursing staff is always nice as well. It’s the only urgent care that I would go ever!

Everyone here is always so nice and helpful. Great bedside manners and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people. I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Justin T. Cooke and also Dr. Ginger Hitchler. I don’t have insurance and a lot of places are really mean to you and treat you like you’re not a person when you can’t afford it...but not here, I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness. I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr.Cooke and his staff!! I have been using him for a couple of years and I have been very pleased. I am having to get/find a new Pain Management Dr and that is a VERY long process Dr. Cooke has helped me so very much making sure I get in with a good new Dr and he helped/took care of me while I didn’t have a Dr. I am so very grateful for him and his understanding my situation. Dr. Cooke is the best doctor I have been to. He is very down-to-earth and takes the time to explain how he plans to treat his patients. He is also a great listener with an unparalleled bedside manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I had a Teladoc visit with Dr. Cooke. He was very easy to talk to, extremely nice, took his time, listened to me and genuinely wanted to help me. When I need another Teladoc visit, I will request Dr. Cooke if that is an option. I highly recommend him from my experience.

Went in to get blood pressure meds renewed and for a consult with Dr. Cooke. He took lots of time to talk with me and I left completely satisfied with his counsel and advice. Great visit!

When ever I go see Dr. Cooke, it's never a long wait. He actually sit down and talk with he patient.

While visiting the area for a concert, our daughter began having respiratory issues. We were lucky to be staying nearby Dr. Cooke’s office. After filling out a little paperwork, we were taken back to an exam room. Within a minute or two Dr. Cooke entered. My husband an I were struck by how personable he was as he listened, first to our daughter and then to us, as we described her symptoms and discussed recent medical history. Calming, patient, personable, knowledgeable and polite are words I would use to describe Dr. Cooke. I couldn’t end this review without complementing his staff as well. We love Dr. Cooke! One of my daughters was very sick and throwing up every 30 min but we drove 30 miles (because we moved) and passed 4 other urgent care facilities to see Dr. Cooke. He is efficient yet takes his time to understand symptoms. Great doctor!

I was very surprised on my first visit. I thought I would be treated as another number but the staff was very attentive and Dr. Cook made me feel like he was my own personal physician. I have a PCP but will definitely use again for Emergencies. Thanks for taking care of me!

Great. I love the way he listens and shows compassion for the patient. I feel like he really knows me when I go in to see him. Not just another Doc in the box.

I highly recommend Dr. Cooke. He is very thorough with the exam and doesn’t rush like some clinics.

I started using Dr. Cooke about 3 years ago, for just colds and flu purposes, but about a year ago I made him my primary Doctor. He’s a great guy and a great Doctor, he actually listens to what you have to say and takes time with you and doesn’t rush in and rush out.

Dr. Cook was my husband's Dr before he left TN. My husband really misses him. We are gonna go visit him soon. He is the best Dr he has had in years.

I have been to a lot of different doctors searching for the doctor that just gets it. I don't have to look for him anymore, this doctor is so tuned in to his patients it's unreal. Love this doctor! I highly recommend him and his staff. They are the very best in their field of practice!

Dr. Cooke is the best doctor ever. I have multiple medical conditions and he has worked closely with me and other specialists to treat my conditions. He spends time with his patients and is very knowledgeable. He has an incredible bed side manner that makes you feel like a friend. He has been an answer to prayers for our family.

My wife and I have been using Dr. Cooke as our primary care physician for over a year now. I cannot express how incredible he is. He treats you as if he's your best friend. I have been dealing with the same issues for years, visiting other doctors and they could not pinpoint the issue but kept prescribing meds for my symptoms. After visiting Dr. Cooke for the first time he was able to figure out what was going on with me. I thank God for sending Dr. Cooke my way.

Dr. Cooke is very knowledgeable as a family practice physician. He truly listens to his patients and considers many variables when diagnosing. A wonderful bedside manner.

I am 68 years old and I have met lots of doctors. Dr. Cooke is the smartest that I have met. He takes his time to do a good job. His staff is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I am so glad I found him! The drive of 50 miles is worth it.
