Dr. Justin Robert Cramer

Everything started out great, then he employed a new staffmember and everything fell apart. If you need an appointment after 3 months on a medication, they shouldn’t wait until the person is out of the medication to try to schedule a visit almost a week out and only inform the client of this after they call in because they hadn’t heard back after sending a web portal message. This meeting should be scheduled before you walk out the door like any other doctor office. The medical web portal is a joke and constantly has issues and the nurses don’t pay attention to it. They will make excuses and say that they would have responded if they saw it, but you’d submitted it a week earlier and when they finally open it tell you that your message supposedly has an error. Dr. Cramer is the best of the best. He is the most caring and personable physician and takes time to truly listen to his patients and their concerns. Phenomenal provider! I will be going to him for as long as he practices medicine!

Very friendly staff willing to do what they can to work you in their schedules. Dr. Cramer spends a lot of the time in the room with the patient and doesnt make you feel rushed at all. Highly reccomend!

I love this clinic! The staff are always friendly and attentive. I can usually get in on the same day if I need to, or definitely the next day. Dr. Cramer actually gives a s*^# about your well being as a patient, which I have found to be rare with doctors. If you are new in town, don’t hesitate to make him your primary care doctor!

Dr Cramer and his staff worked me into their schedule. I am grateful for the friendly, caring, professional assistance I received in dealing with my injury.

In my book Dr. Cramer is #1, he spends time in the room with his patients and don't rush them out, he is very caring, I would recommend him to anyone.
