Dr. Justin C Rivers

I was in a lot of pain and didn’t want to bother Dr.Rivers on his w/e of skiing. Called his answering service & was told some one would call me back. Didn’t happen. Tried again the next day, to no avail. Thought he would have an emergency back up person. All I needed was a script for an antibiotic to be called in…but nope. I didn’t want to ask him to come in on a Sunday (not knowing he was also taking Monday off!) My husband &I have been patients for years. You would think that would count for something but no. Bottom line, I felt he didn’t care about me. That made me so sad. My husband was angry. The new receptionist was very dismissive and condescending. We have since changed dentists. Best dentist I have ever seen, and i have seen a lot of them. Wouldn’t go to anyone else, I travel over 30 min to get there but it’s worth it!

Had an emergency visit to assess a broken tooth while on vacation. Amazing service by all. Quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Dr Rivers and his team saw me right away on an emergency basis, gave me good, sound advice about my tooth...and saved my family's vacation.

Pregnant and in a lot of pain. Dr Rivers and his team were so nice and saw me with in a hour of calling them. Gave me great advice and made me feel very comfortable!
