Staff nurses are rude, flatly refused to complete paperwork for my husband’s disability. No concern expressed whatsoever.

I wouldn't give these unprofessional "people" a 1 if I didnt have to give a review. Firstly they have place me in the hospital. I came in for a U.T I. and was given medication that I have been allergic to since a child. Once I made it to the E.R. the doctor became mad at them bc they did this. I was immediately admitted into the hospital for a allergic reaction. They play on the phone and have the worst attitudes not to mention the laziness in their front desk worker. Do not waste ur time visiting this place! Please go somewhere else. They hire MA who isn't certified at their job so they can pay them the minimum. All u will see here are NP please stay away from Shawana (whatever her name is) no one wants to see her bc she dont care (this is who put me in the hospital). REDMED IS DOWN THE STREET!!!!!! If I could give this man zero stars I would. First off, he is a money hungry —- hat that does not care about his patients. He wants you to come every single month and get a refill of what ever he gives you. And when you ask for more refills he says ok and gives you 1 refill. On meds that you need everyday. Like BP and cholesterol meds. He expects you to make an appt and pay yet another copay just to get another refill. It’s ridiculous. He gets onto his nurses now front of you, the patient. Very unprofessional. When Covid started, I found out, only because I started fussin about not being able to see my DR. that he is not seeing patients. He is working from home he has had cancer before and was understandably scared to come to the office. What is NOT understandable is when I go to my DR for my chronic illness and need more meds, he tells his nurses that he will no longer give me meds and I have to go get them from a rheumatologist. My spouse and I went last Monday. We were very sick. We are elderly and both have bad health. They tested us for Covid which took 7 days for results and we called. We are now in hospital very sick. They did not do a chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia! We are now in hospital due to pneumonia and Covid! We are so sick that we had to be sent from home by ambulance! We will not be using this facility ever again. I have COPD and my spouse has diabetes and a heart patient. The doctor should have known to do a chest X-ray on us. I have had pneumonia before and they are fully aware! We are not new patients either.

It is absolutely ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait to be seen by a doctor or FNP here. I would not recommend
