First of all I have to say I am not a patient of this practice. I drove a friend to her appointment today and was met by a very attentive and friendly staff. When my friends office visit was done they promptly called me on my phone to come and pick her up. (Thank you Miesha ????) After discussing the return time for her next appointment the staff realized they could fit her in to complete part of her procedure!!! Amazing!! I had the time to accommodate her so all worked out all the way around. When you have staff like that to put you at ease and front office staff that is so welcoming ~ I’d say they’re doing something right at Henderson and Henderson!

The worst unprofessional dentist i I have ever been too. Scheduling conflicts, poor customer service and horrible dentist. I was charged for service i never received The fatty at the e front desk was so rude just as ugly outside as inside. Poor equipment. Please save yourself dont go here read my review on Colonnade Dental. Excellent and worth the drive

Called them with a sore tooth and they tried to give me a appointment for 7 days later, end up getting it pulled in elm city about a hour away the same day, called again about a different tooth today and kept getting answering machine, left 2 messages and 5 hours later still no call back, new staff sucks

The pain is excruciating. Had a procedure done and had to go back as the tooth continued to ache. Went back only for the dentist to come into the room without so much as a hello. Proceeded to tell me I have other cavities that may have sparked the ache. Wrote me a prescription and ended the appointment. Didn't even touch me. I was later billed for that appointment when I wasn't even in the building for 15 minutes. Called to dispute the invoice and was told to come back and this time would see one of the owners. I received a call 20 minutes prior to the appointment asking if it could be pushed 30 minutes later as she was running behind. I agreed. Then after arrival I was kept waiting in the waiting room 20 minutes. Was then taken for observation and ended up waiting 25 minutes until someone came in to see me. At this point I was literally about to leave as I had to go to work. Explained the situation and she left. Only for me to hear her discuss with the said owner outside about her remembering reading my file. I thought I was coming to see her? Then she comes in and trims my tooth saying that could be the issue. She then said a follow up call would be made in a week. We are entering the 3rd week and I am yet to receive a call from anyone. It hurts but they didn't care about that. I am all about promoting black owned businesses but truly I feel as though I was mishandled by some nice personalities and pretty faces. The dentists here are very nice and thorough. They care about your well being and will refer you for any other work that they are not able to complete here. They really look out for your best interest. Shelly is an excellent dental hygienist and she is always on time and nice.
