The receptionist was very rude did not explain to me I was on a time schedule to fill out my patient portal and kicked me out because I didn't have my info completed without warning...I had a bad signal & just could not get through in time to top it off the attitude I received was very unprofessional...

Always a pleasant experience to visit this hospital. Lovely staff and Dr.K is both excellent and a joy to be treated by.

10/10 definitely would recommend Thee Heidelberg’s Dermatologist team to anyone with skincare need. Great staff, clean environment, knowledge of care broken down a-z simple and plain. Just bring your own mask or have $1 with you. 10/10

The wait was long but the service was good! She was my second opinion and noticed things my other dermatologist did not even discuss! She books quickly, which means it’s difficult to get quick appointments.

The office was really nice. The staff and Dr.Heildelberg were really pleasant. I didn’t have to wait a long time in the waiting area or the exam room. Even if I did, it’s really nothing to complain about especially when your dealing with an excellent doctor, so it’s worth it????????‍♀️

I went for a chemical peel. My insurance did not cover it; therefore I paid out of pocket ALL COST including the office visit. The doctor whom I’m shocked was non black (the reason many of us go to this office is because they’re black doctors who knows how to test black skin). The doctor told me my skin was not in the condition for a chemical peel; prescribed some face washes and told me to come back in a month. I was astonished when I received a bill for services that I did not get but had already paid for. When I call the office I don’t get an answer nor a callback after leaving a voicemail. This is a disgrace to the legacy Robert Heidelberg started.

Waited over an hr. Approached the desk. Was informed my name was not in the system. Appointment was at 9:50.

Although deemed the very best dermatologist for African American skin, her scheduling is horrible! I've had more than one appointment with this clinic and each time after being placed in the exam room, I've had to wait anywhere from 40 min to an hour for the doctor. However if you're late or if you reschedule,, you're charged a fee?! Absolutely unacceptable!

I was very disappointed at the wait time for my appointment which was over an hour. I could not get an appointment at all last year, my previous appointment was canceled the morning of and when I finally was rescheduled and went in for service, I waited in the room an hour and 15 minutes before being seen. After the physician assistant and Dr. Heidelberg came in to see me, I was very pleased with the service. Hopefully in a couple weeks I can say it was worth the wait because they seemed very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs!

It took over an hour to see the doctor. I actually got to see Dr. Heidelberg, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would have rather used my pharmacist. Very excited to getting treatment from the famous dermatologist ????

My first time experience was positive. I shared my recent dermatological history with the doctor to hopefully give her some background of my skin experience in the last two years. Perhaps there is some correlation, perhaps not. I am eagerly anticipating that there will be a definitive result.

Took my husband in for treatment. Covid protocol s were on point. He was seen within approximately 10 minutes upon arrival. He was seen by Dr. Heidelber's PA . Three months follow up visit. Excellent outcome. The entire staff from the receptionists to the medical assistants are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Heidelberg and the entire staff.

Dr. Karen Heidelberg is my go to Doctor for all my Dermatology needs. I was a patient of her father long time ago on Meyers Rd. It has always been my experience with the Heidelberg family to get to the bottom my dermatology issues and they been resolved in quick and timely manner. I always recommend Dr. Heidelberg to other people and let them know that she is the only Dermatologist I would ever go to. She knows her stuff.

I was very pleased with the visit to Dr. Heidelberg's office. My initial wait was very short. The doctor I saw was very professional and personable. She had a tablet in hand that contained my medical history. After a brief exam and conversation I was out. There was free parking in an adjacent lot. There was additional free parking at the curb. I highly recommend Dr. Heidelberg's office.

My Daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Heidelberg for about 12 years now maybe longer. She is the best Dermatologist in Michigan!! I have referred family and friends to her. She was the only Dermatologist that eliminated my adult acne after pregnancy and successfully addressed other health issues. Because of her knowledge and persistence she put me on the path to discover I had Lupus. I live 45 minutes away, and it’s worth the drive. I’ve had appointments where I was seen right away or sometimes I had to wait a bit to be seen. I do not mind waiting. This practice has served the community for years and has a high volume of patients from my observations. Dr. Heidelberg is always kind caring patient and takes her time. If I can wait in line for food and other things, I can wait to see my Doctor who cares and is helping me get better. I don’t know of any Black Dermatologist Doctors that specialize in Black skin care issues. So I greatly appreciate Dr. Heidelberg.

Waiting time too long. Was in time for appointment but waited over 1 1/2 hr. Dr Heidelberg is great! But waiting time is so Not Great!

Very pleasant doctor, but unable to help with my acne & tried many treatments. Physicians should not place every case in the same category for treatment, base treatment on the individual not grouped. The staff is the worse & my appointments with her were always rushed. I have been trying to stick with doctors of black descent, but it has not been going well!

I find it horrendous to charge a patient a 120 fee and the office has not even attempted to bill BCBS. This should be a stipulation for uninsured patients.
