My husband has been going to Dr Fram for over 5 yrs now, Dr Fram wanted my husband to go see a orthopedic specialist, been trying to get it set up for 2 months! When I called...from begining to end of conversation a staff member was very rude! When I finally got rude back...I told her we was going to discuss with doctor at next appointment. Couple days later...we got letter saying we were banned from office?? How is that right?? It's ok for staff to be rude to patients and us just keep taking it?? Not the first time this has happened with same staff member! She should have been fired! That is not professional at all and not fair or right for the patient! So much for a medical oath! Miss treatment of patients?? Wow! Contacting medical board and having counsel with our lawyer. If anything...they should have banned me from office...not dropped somebody on disability as a patient! He has helped me over my many year's being with him and I seem to be getting better and better. I had a vegas nerve stimulator (vns) put in hopin it would help because I was on so much medicine I was at the point to wear i was having seizures every 2 weeks so I had the vns put in and things changed for the good. I will really miss seeing Dr. Fram but I hope you enjoy your retirement. He has helped me over my many year's being with him and I seem to be getting better and better. Was very disappointed, I am a single mother with epilepsy and did not have a babysitter , had to wait a hour just to be seen when they could of told me over the phone what I already knew he made me feel very unimportant and very upset about telling me he didn't allow children in his clinic, I personally don't have anyone else so I had to bring her with me. I felt discrimalized and walked out balling my eyes out he was very insensitive and I plan to switch doctors. So if your a single mom with kids like me I wouldn't go to him. My husband tried to make an appointment after his insurance said this place took the insurance so had called they had stated they do not accept that insurance and had asked what insurance do you take then (to switch to different Medicaid) and she laughed and said not Molina so he had hung up on her. Absolutely unprofessional. So I had called her to explain the website even states the take Molina and she then just talked about how rude my husband was! Very good doctor. Gentle, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

Cano's the where I have is serious world painful but yet since to get CDC got involved I cannot Get pain pills anything but Tram Adele Anet doesn't touch it so the doctor Fram run GM g's there and he finds out what's going on then and Nielsen you to it's up wherever you need to go have a blessed one by

I've been treated very well by Dr. K. Fram for over 20 years. Staff is another story, not even worth my time to discuss. Although, I am questioning dx now. I will continue with him as long as I can tolerate the staff. I sure do miss Dotty.

Worst bedside manner from a doctor I've ever seen and staff is rude and short with patients. Not worth waiting 6 months to get an appointment.

Love Dr. Fram! Very nice and professional. Helped me tremendously. II was dealing with bad headaches for over 20 years (had done MIRs in the past..nothing. None of the doctors can really help me). With Dr. Fram, I finally got the right diagnose and medications! Also, Karie at the front desk is always very friendly and very helpful in person or over the phone! Thank you so much! Love Dr. Fram! After suffering for more than 15 years and endless ENT's, facial pain specialist and Neurologist, One visit to Doctor Fram and I not only have an answer but a treatment plan! Thank you Doctor Fram!

I had given up on neurologists until I met Dr Fram. He takes the time to really listen and help. He truly cares about his patients. You're not just a number. I than God that I met him, and gave one more neurologist a chance before giving up.

Dr Fram is wonderful and very caring! Can be over booked because everyone wants to see him and they can't wait for appointments weeks or months out.

I had gave up on neurologists until I moved to Lapeer. I'm glad I gave him a chance. All the Flint doctors were horrible. He's helped me more than all the others combined. He never gave up on me. He takes time to listen to you. You're not just a number.

Dr Fram has done well by me. He always listens even if it may appears he isn't and has a desire to learn more asking for info from my other dr about a disease that was new to him. In my book wanting to l earn more about a disease he was unfamiliar with is important and hard to find in alot of drs.

While I think Dr Fram is a good DR. He needs to stop overbooking patients. It is ridiculous to have had to wait an hour to get in room and then another half hour waiting for the Dr to come in. I was there two hours total which is unacceptable. I have always had at least a half hour wait just in the waiting room. Hopefully he stops having too many patients booked each day.
