My son saw Dr. Armstrong in December 2016. My son has thin enamel and had calcium deposits on his teeth. Dr. Armstrong suggested that we get a head of the potential cavities and drill out the calcium on his teeth and treat it like they were cavities (20 teeth and $6000). After a month, the fillings started to crumble out of his teeth. The same thing happened again due to wrong treatment. 12 months later and 3 specialists later, it cost $20,000 because he now needed crowns on all of his teeth

In January 2017 I had a chipped tooth. Dr Armstrong did a root canal. After the appointment he said that the tip of file broke off in my tooth, which was normal. Started to get pain, he said I should have it pulled. Went to another dentist for a cleaning and got a Xray that showed the ENTIRE file had broken off. Had to go to a endodontic to get it removed and treat the abscess that had formed. Thanks to Dr. Armstrong, I now need a crown and $1700 of additional work done to save the tooth.

Was charged $76 for a free consultation. They say that because the dentist 'looked' at my son's mouth, that it was now considered an 'exam' instead of a 'consultation' and as such had to be charged. We scheduled only for a free consultation, and the dentist glanced at my son's mouth for literally less than 5 seconds while my wife held my son's mouth open. The rest of the five minute consultation, or 'exam', was spent talking about whether a frenectomy was needed or not. Very deceptive company.
