As expected, the clerical staff Helen professionaly arranged for COVID entry per protocol. Nurse, Aly, met me upon entry, checking temperature before proceeding to exam room. She discussed reasons for visit, took vital information, all very professional. Dr. Haws inquired regarding my recent hospital stay, followed with encouragement on my healthy lifestyle, and suggested a following appointment in a month with lab wkrk-up. As usual, the appointment was started on time and care was taken during the exam to ensure that my expectations were being met and that my health is paramount. My satisfaction with the Thompson Street MANA Clinic get straight A's

As a physician myself, I want a doc that will sit down and talk to me, not just sit at the computer typing. Dr Haws will give you his undivided attention. Refer when necessary, but is capable of managing most issues that come up. I personnaly refer my patients to him because I know how they will be treated both personally and professionaly.

Great staff great doctors. Very efficient and caring as well. I really never thought I would have a consistent doctor until I visited this place. They take great care of me and my family.

My experience with Dr Haws is that his receptionist doesn't return calls and try to get you in to his office. I've been a patient of Dr Coopers for 20 years and needed to see a dr on Friday. I felt like I had strep throat. First time I called was 8:10 AM and the receptionist answered and put me on hold due 20 minutes. I finally hung up. After that I could only talk to a machine so I left my contact into. She Called me back at noon to ask what I needed and then told me they closed at noon
