Today was our first visit.The staff made my daughter feel comfortable and told her everything they were doing! It was a bonus the front office staff was knowledgeable of our insurance coverage and cost for our follow up appt Overall great visit!

Dr. Karla and Deshea are the best!!! They are always so friendly and kind. We have been going to them since my oldest was probably 2 or 3. He’s now 21. We have never had a reason to change. The girls in the office are super sweet and helpful too! Ranie always greets me with a cheerful smile. Just love it there!

Karla and her staff are the very best. They actually care about your smile and the health of your teeth. Kellie is my hygienist and does a remarkable job. But they all do a great a job. Even the receptionist at the front desk. Kudos to them all. See you in September.

Karla and Deshea are the best! Your teeth could not be in better hands. We moved 40 mins away from Pocahontas and still go there-I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Very professional and kind!

The entire visits have been wonderful. I actually was nervous and worried I had my first visit with her because of seeing other dentist. But I am no longer nervous to go to a dentist because of her and her staff.

So gentle and understanding with our little one. She’s still not even two but they have been wonderful with her since most of her teeth have come in before most of them supposed to be in. Very helpful on letting us know what to continue or try to work on for her teeth.

Dr Karla Baltz is a very knowledgeable and talented dentist. I have been going to her since I moved back to AR in 2003. I now live closer to Jonesboro but would never consider changing to another dentist. The hygienists and assistants are also very nice and very good. There is a great office support staff as well.

Office and staff are so kind and helpful. Dr. Baltz is personable and very easy to talk to. So happy I found them with the help of a friend and neighbor!

Friendly staff, short wait times for appointments. Good customer service and very pleased with the procedure I had done. I would highly recommend!

My children are patients here and I must say taking a 2 or 5 year old to the dentist isn't always fun but the staff is friendly, fast, tell you what's going on to discuss options or preference. My kids do very well here. Front desk has even called to offer earlier appointments due to cancellations which is very appreciated.

I have been using Dr. Baltz's office for 20+ years. Even though I moved an hour away, I still come back for the kind, professional service. Dr. Baltz is great with children and adults alike, and her office staff bends over backwards to help with insurance. It's worth the drive.
