I had gallbladder removal with Dr Sinclair. When I first went to her office, all went well. She informed me what she would do during the surgery. A few days after my surgery I was concerned with the area around the incision site and called the office to see if it was normal. I never received a call back. The lady at the front desk told me she sent a message to the doctor and told me that the doctor was busy with surgery, which I understood. Later that same day I called again, and again I was told they would send a message to the doctor. So end of story I was never called back, not even at least by an assistant. I understand the doctor was busy but at least they should have an assistant call back the patient to help them as best they could. Dr Karlene Sinclair to me is a very good Doctor I have happened to get her when I didn’t have no insurance I went to her for 1problem she had me do a MRI and when the results came back she found more problems that I had and she immediately perform surgery and my follow appointment was good my surgery was successful.I also recommend someone to her and she also done an amazing job and is not the same procedure like what I had got done and that person was delighted .Thank you Doc. I had breast surgery with Dr. Sinclair about two years ago and she was wonderful. She did a great job with my surgery and was very knowledgeable in her diagnosis. Before entering to the operation room Dr. Sinclair made sure I was okay and she even prayed with me, she was very caring. I was very lucky that Dr. Sinclair was able to fit me immediately into her schedule to remove a very painful gallbladder. Her initial examination was thorough and I like how she took her time and explained things as we progressed. Her very efficient and competent assistant helped me with the paperwork making the pre-operating paperwork easy. On surgery day she took time before to visit and reassure me. After the surgery she was back to explain how it went. She took her time every visit I have had with her. I recommend Dr. Sinclair without hesitation. Very knowledgeable, explains everything from the first visit till day of surgery and post surgery.Never had any issues. Great surgeon would recommend.

I had a good experience with this doctor. She gave detailed information about the treatment that would be given and answered all of my questions. She was patient and polite. Awesome staff!

Dr. Sinclair is the best. Top notch surgeon. Great bedside manner. Cares about her patient and the patients family.

Amazing doctor! I had my first surgery ever with her and she is an awesome job. Thank you Dr. Sinclair for making me feel comfortable.

2 weeks later and no returned phone, poor service!! And when I call, the front desk person says I need to come in again to fillout more paperwork. Umm why didnt you call me then if that was the case? I'm glad I'm seeing a different doctor to address my needs. I do not recommend!

Dr. Sinclair and her staff gave me the care in a manner much more like a family member than a patient. The doctor herself personally puts in all information in the computer re patient encounter, making me very confident that all info is in order since she knows what really transpired in visit. Unlike, other doctors I met, she even called me personally by phone to check my situation. before my surgery, Dr. Sinclair asked my husband and me to hold hands to pray for success. Amazing!
