Dr. Horner is great! Our family has been going to her for over 15 years now and she's always attentive to your needs and willing to answer any questions you may have. The office is always clean and inviting and Theresa, the receptionist, is extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Dr Horner is overall a very caring and compassionate person and that coupled with her medical ophthalmology / optometriy knowledge (hard skills) and her ability to develop quick and comfortable rapport (soft skills) with the patient sets her apart from all other eye care professionals that I had used in the past. Office setting is quaint and relaxed. Support staff highly effective; which reflects Dr Horner’s passion of providing exemplary eye care. All the small nuisances make her exceptional
