I didn't get a chance. My doctor referred me, because I have RA or RD she denied me. Her office said because my doctor said I needed pain management sorry that is a LIE, I HAVE A PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR.

Kathleen provided the worse care I’ve ever experienced within my 9 years of managing RA. I’m seeking legal action against her and her nurses negligence. I can’t believe she is still practicing. To give you one example, she refused to sign off on medication that I could provide historical prescriptions for and told her nurse to not correspond with me via email only phone. Then told me that her nurse could correspond through email and provided an email address to send documents too. She caused me to be in extreme physical pain and emotional distress. I am in disbelief on how she is still practicing and why she is even practicing in the first place. Her license needs to be pulled. Avoid her at all cost.
