Dr. Kathleen Jandernoa Cramer

Her calm temperament put me at ease. She helped me work through multiple issues and learn so much about myself. She was honest, so insightful, brought multiple perspectives to issues, and has an amazing memory!

I didn't have a great experience in therapy. I think Dr. Cramer is compassionate and insightful, with good boundaries, and models them pretty well. I'd be selective about recommendations (based on their needs); my needs felt totally lost to her. Speaking to the comment about Dr. Cramer's behavior in session: she uses a comfortable chair, maybe grabs a tea or an apple, has an elderly little dog (impeccably behaved). Informal, but she asked beforehand if it was ok to do so during my sessions.

I hold a degree in counseling education and counseling psychology and was disappointed at Kathleen's unprofessional manner throughout therapy. She severely shamed me in a therapy session- something a therapist should never do. She regularly brought her dog into therapy sessions even when she knew her client was not comfortable around dogs. She put her feet up and ate during the sessions in front of us. She did not demonstrate care consistently.

Great. Listens well and provided great insights.
