Have been going to Dr.Keating for years.Very happy knowing Dr Keating and staff are current on all levels of dental care , referrals and safety due to COVID-19.Very down to earth , professional people.I always feel comfortable and confident with whatever procedure is needed. I have had an excellent experience at this practice! Extremely friendly staff, easy to schedule appointments, and they always do great work!

I have been relying on Dr. Keating and her wonderful staff for maintaining and improving my oral health for 2 decades. It is a wonderful, helpful, pleasant place to visit and I have the utmost faith in their competence and professionalism.

Dr. Keating and team are top notch! The dentist is my least favorite place to go, BUT they make the experience entertaining, pain free and comfortable, always putting me at ease. I cannot recommend Dr Keating enough, she is amazing, kind and so good at what she does! You will not be disappointed!

I always have a positive experience here...from the moment Sue greets us at the door. Kristen and all the hygienists are wonderful, and Dr. Keating is nothing short of gentle and precise...she always remembers details of something personal from conversations from past visits. I would recommend this office to anyone. My daughters have been going there for years with me as well and have always had positive things to say. I have been coming here for years. Love Dr Keating and her staff!

The staff is friendly and informative. Very thorough and meticulous. However, although my insurance states cleanings and annual exams are 100% covered it is not the case with this office. I was appalled to receive a bill for the difference the insurance would not cover (balance billing) It is disappointing that profit is chosen over patient care. I would have been a life long patient as I was very pleased with the care. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience continue supporting this business when such practices are employed to squeeze every cent possible out of people. The staff is friendly and informative. professional, friendly and incredible attention to detail

The staff follow protocol with regard to ensuring safety, by screening each patient prior to allowing them into the office, and everyone wore masks. I felt very comfortable before, during, and after my cleaning. As usual, everyone was super friendly. It's actually a pleasure going to my dentist... who says that? ;-)

It's always a great experience to go to the dentist - I love the staff and the positive atmosphere. I felt so safe and cared for with all of the new safety measures which were in place - including the HEPA air filters in every room. Very impressed with my first appointment at the office. Everyone was friendly, professional and caring. All Covid guidelines were followed, and felt very comfortable having dental work there. Highly recommend Dr Keating and her staff.

Welcoming staff! Marina, my hygenist did a great job cleaning my teeth, had interesting conversation with her. Front desk girls are efficient and happy. Dr. Keating is easy to like and down to earth. I even liked the music they were playing!

This is my first ever review and I felt it was an important one if we are to ever learn to speak up to the bullies of the world. I’ve just relocated to New England. My previous dentist and staff were all very compassionate and helpful for the past 10 years that I lived there. When I arrived to New England I had just lost a molar on the right and just recently some filling from a molar on the left. This made it very hard to eat. It took a few months to get me into a consultation so I was very eager to show up. On the day of I woke with a horrible migraine but I tried really hard to make it to the appointment. An hour before I new I was in trouble and couldn’t make it fully aware I’d have to pay for the appointment and I was fine with that. When I called to cancel the receptionist seemed compassionate about it at the time but when I called back to reschedule the compassion was gone. The receptionist would not let me make another appointment and said she’d put me on a wait list. She never called me back. Over a month later I called back. She said something to the effect that I was the migraine person that cancelled an hour before the appointment. She made it perfectly clear that I was not welcome there. For heavens sake! I’ve seriously never been treated so poorly in my life. I suppose it wouldn’t even had mattered to her if I told her the migraine came after I almost lost my mother to WNV and my father was currently in the hospital with phenomena and thought to be dying. If you are willing to pay for an appointment and are sorry for having to cancel you really shouldn’t have to explain yourself and you really shouldn’t get bullied. I never got to meet the dentist. I've always hated going to the dentist but Dr. Keating's office makes it easy. The staff is super awesome and my mouth doesn't kill when I leave there. They do a great job.

Dr. Keating always make sure her patients have the very latest that dentistry has to offer. She really cares if a person is in pain or uncomfortable in any way. Her staff is an important part of her practice, I like them all very much. What I like most about Dr. Keating is that she listens to my concerns and delivers excellent results.
