Outstanding service from front desk, to hygiene staff to Dr. Stambaugh. Very professional and friendly. Highly informative and educational. Learned things about brushing/flossing that I wish I had known decades ago! Recommending my adult sons to set up exam visits just to get good baseline information and advice. Highly recommended. Kathy's office was an absolute delight! She was very nice and knowledgeable making me feel comfortable about my visit. The service was great and her office looks fantastic. I definitely recommend Dr. Stambaugh!

Staff is wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and helpful with all your insurance needs, scheduling around your schedule without having to wait long periods in between each appointment. Assistants keeps you company vs leaving you alone when waiting for the doctor. Dr.Stambaugh has a soft touch and seems to truly care about you as a patient. I had such a good experience with Dr. Kathleen Stambaugh. She is very thorough and professional. Her staff is excellent and caring. I have never had such a gentle, detailed exam with careful explanations. I learned so much in my first exam and have had several sessions of treatment to save my teeth. Although my insurance did not cover everything, all the details of treatment were explained to me before any treatment. I am very satisfied with all care. I plan to be a patient there for many years. My son's first appointment at Dr. Stambaugh's office was professional, informative, and very upfront on the portion he would be responsible for. He put off his next appointment to long until it became necessary to get in ASAP. My son's loyalty to the crew he works with allowed for a 2 hour window. Heather had absolutely NO openings on this day. Heather called this morning due to a cancellation, and a very nice patient. she was able to move mountains. You went the "extra mile" its appreciated.

Had an issue with a rear, lower, right rear molar and was referred to Dr. Stambaugh. I was examined and told what charges were to be in conjunction with insurance. My portion was extremely high considering the tooth, in essence was just to be pulled and regrowth agent was to be infused for a future implant to be affixed to the site. Dr Stambaugh had a considerable amount or time to verify payment from insurance. In fact, my portion ended up being a few hundred dollars higher due to insurance not paying the amount originally estimated. That explanation was given by the billing agent in her office. I paid the higher balance and the tooth was pulled. A couple of months later I received an additional bill. I called and asked for an explanation. Nobody from Dr. Stambaugh’s office responded to my queries. Costs for service were explained, re-estimated a great deal higher and service was agreed to by both parties. No additional amount should be due. I have since been sent to collections by Dr. Stambaugh which runs the potential of negatively affecting my credit rating. My experience at Dr. Stambaugh's office could not have been better. Her staff was very responsive, and Kathleen's knowledge and gentle procedure made the whole visit a breeze. I was visiting her office for 2 implants and my recovery was swift and painless. I highly recommend Pericowest!

Terrible experience. Dr. Stamobaugh is a thief masquerading as a dentist. You will receive an estimateand the claim will be insurance didn't cover a particular amount. Once you've paid that, you will receive a bill in the mail for another amount that insurance didn't cover. If you disses it agree you'll be sent to collections within days. There are plenty of other dentists out there. Find another dentist. My only reason for any star is there are no options for zero stars.
