I visited Dr. Anderson in 6 months ago in August 2021 for a splinter within my foot. I waited for 20 minutes for insurance approval. Thereafter, I went to a patient room and waited another 15 minutes. Doctor Anderson advised it was a foot wart. She had an assistant then apply a cleanser and did a short 1 minute freezing and they advised to go to a local pharmacy to purchase a wart remover. Felt extremely rushed and then was asked to schedule a follow up appointment for a skin check. 5 months later I received an excessive bill demanding payment or late fee interest will incur. My husband and I have been patients of this office for over 20 years. My husband has had multiple cancer surgeries, all with positive results. I mainly visit for cosmetic procedures. We are both very pleased with our results. Dr. Anderson and her staff are wonderful to work with. They take their time completing procedures and to listening our concerns. We highly recommend this office.

Dr. Anderson is kind of evil. I wont ever go back.

If there were negative stars, I would give them. She biopsied my nose and did not even come close to taking off what she said needed to come off immediately. Note-biopsy came back as nothing. Dr. A left a hole or crater on the tip of my nose. When I asked about scarring , she said to me not to worry as she could just micro-needle it. My nose is forever ruined.

Went to her for several years. Then my insurance would not cover her. I explained and she said well I could pay the out of pocket. That is too much for my budget. So did not see her for about 2 years. New insurance, and she was listed. Went in with 3 things shared at the time of making appointment. Rush, rush, rush. Annoyed at doing it all. Then bill was almost $200. for me to pay when I left. I said what about my insurance. That was the charge. When I received my statement from the insurance company, it showed what she charged, what they allowed and what my co-pay should be. You got it, I paid the difference that they did not pay her. And the very small cyst she removed from my chin, well I have a very small x there. She was so great years ago; not sure what happened - maybe it is all about the money! Incredibly disappointed with my appointment. I wanted to get a body skin check since I had never had one. When I made the appointment I was asked if I had any specific areas of concern. I told them I had an obvious rash on my left arm and just wanted to make sure the rest of me was ok. When I met with the Doctor she immediately said "so you have a rash on your arm, let's take a look". She determined the cause of the rash and said she'd give me a prescription for it. I said great. She went to leave the room, (after maybe 3 or 4 minutes) and I asked if she was going to check the rest of my body. She said, "You're appointment was for me to check your arm rash, correct"? I told her I wanted to do a full body check and your staff asked if there was a particular problem. I said I had an obvious rash on my arm. I explained this to the Doctor who said, "Well you can schedule another appointment for the full body check". I said I am already here and it will take literally 3 minutes. She said that was not scheduled and left the room. I then waited 10 minutes thinking she would return. A member of her staff then came in and handed me a prescription and said if you have any questions, to give them a call. I asked her why I couldn't get a full body check when that was why I made the appointment. She said that they had my appointment for the rash on my arm. I said I know it's all about the money and that they could go ahead and charge me for two office visits. All I wanted was to be seen for what I signed up for. Dr. Anderson and her staff were very nice and informative!

I was a new patient and made an appointment for a skin exam and for her to take a look at a spot on my nose that I was worried about -possible basal cell. Dr. A took less than two minutes to examine my body for a skin check. It was the most superficial skin exam that I have ever had. Dr. A then examined the spot on the tip of my nose. She was not able to see it without a magnifying glass. Anderson asked me to point to it while looking through the magnifying glass. She then said, "oh, we need to biopsy that". I questioned and she said it would only be a tiny scrape. Long story short, she dug a hole on the tip of my nose. It looks similar to a small cigarette burn and as deep. The most absurd thing is that she didn't even get the small red-ish/white mole that I was pointing at-she missed completely. Dr. Anderson told me not to worry about the area on my nose because she could fix it with micro-needling. This procedure is not covered by insurance...go figure! I am currently awaiting my bi

Staff is good but dr Anderson is interested in selling products n performing procedures which she will benefit from since insurance companies do not pay for. She performed a biopsy on my face n I have a scar from hell. NO skin cancer therefore scarring my face was too aggressive a treatment. I've been a patient of Dr. Anderson's for over 10 years now. She & her staff are wonderful. Yes, she may be booked out for months at a time, but it's because she probably has a huge patient load! I wouldn't go to any other Dermatologist. She has helped me with my skin issues for years & has even developed some of her own products, which I consistently use on a daily basis (and they are GREAT!). I could not be seen for weeks because Dr.Anderson is booked so far out. I can understand and even expect a long wait to get an appointment for quality care. However, that is not what I received. I can say without a doubt the doctor spent less than five minutes with me and I am a new patient. She was rushed and I felt like I could not even ask a question. I will NOT go back to her. I do not appreciate a Dr. that makes me wait to get in to see her but has no time for me. My time is valuable also and she isn’t paying me. I think she has forgotten that I am employing her service, she is not doing me a favor or seeing me for free. Dr.Anderson focus on quality care not quantity care. Not a quality experience. I felt like the Dr. was very rushed, I waited weeks for an appointment and she couldn’t even spend 5 minutes with me. Quality care should come before quantity of patients a doctor can rush to see. Very disappointed.

Great staff & great doctor

Not sure why my work email is attached but anyways— I’ve gone to Doctor Anderson multiple visits and she catches things each time. She is amazing!! Her and her staff are so nice and easy to work with. Even delivering hard news they make you feel at ease :) I would recommend her to ANYONE! I even made my husband go and see her for a body scan. Great attitude and never a long wait. She listens to and answers my questions. Dr. Anderson provides caring, informed, and experienced care for my dermatology needs.

I tried everything to clear up a problem on my face I have gone to three other dermatologist I have tried for 10 years to get rid of this something on my face she cleared it up within a week she is fabulous. Run dont walk to her office if you have a problem. Deborah Augenti

Dr. Anderson has improved my skin significantly! I started getting breakouts across my forehead and face a few years ago and my skin is clear and looks great now. I also had problems with bad chest and back acne. The difference in my skin has given me my confidence back again. She seems to really care about patients and adjusts treatment depending on how you react to initial treatment. She also tries to save you money on prescriptions when she can. Her office staff are probably the best I've come across in any doctor's office. They are polite, courteous and very helpful. They go out of their way to help you and are always quick to respond if you call in for a prescription or anything. I've also had several facials here and would recommend that service as well. I would recommend Dr. Anderson to anyone dealing with skin issues. Dr. Anderson has improved my skin significantly! I had sudden onset severe cystic acne at age 30, accompanied by extreme hormonal shifts and anxiety. Not only did Dr. Anderson expertly address the cysts as they appeared, but on my first visit she prescribed short term anti anxiety medication and referred me to a doctor who helped with the other issues. I am 38 now, and although I have to drive an hour to see her, I still would trust no one else with my problematic and sensitive skin.

We wouldn't go to any other dermatologist. Period.

Dr Anderson was very helpful, gave me several options and cared about my skin condition. She also gave me products to try which saved me money and her facial line is fabulous as well.
