Dr. Katie Leah Hareid

I was never so uncomfortable in my life...nor treated so impersonally. I felt like a car going through a carwash...."get this one done and bring on the next". The rinse water going into my mouth was drowning me (and my efforts to let them know didn't work). If I saw this dentist anywhere I wouldn't recognize her because I only briefly saw her face on my first visit--otherwise she was fully masked and dressed in surgical garb (this was prior to pandemic). Perhaps I'm too used to the "old-fashioned" dentist in the white jacket who somewhat befriends a patient, making the patient comfortable. I'm sure the dental work was good, but I'd never return there. The most amiable and helpful person there was the receptionist.
