I’m sure the dentist is fine. The 2 ladies in the front. Especially the one with glasses is just not pleasant unless you know her. Ive seen her put on fake pleasantries so I know she has it in her. 5 visits never a “Hi” doesn’t matter if anyone is in waiting room or not. My kids even noticed they never say “Hi” they like the people in the back. I’ve heard them talk about patients and their insurance issues. Treatment they needed etc. Names were used. Do I remember them no. That is apparently the test is if it’s important if I remember what the name was! Per dark haired lady. Glasses claims the Dr designed the office open so they could and were allowed to talk about the patients. Be it appropriate or not it seems.

Everyone on the team is wonderful and makes certain the appointments run smoothly. Gentle, competent, caring, efficient. 5 stars every time!!

Dr.Cambell went out of his way to fix a tooth I was having trouble with. Before he started he ask how I was doing knowing I have cancer (I didn’t remember telling him but he did). That too meant a lot to me. Finally when he was done he referred me to another doctor that would have to remove a different tooth. I am confident if he referred her she will make me feel at ease also. Dr. Cambell’s staff were all kind and helpful. They work together as team but some how I think there much more! A REAL PLIEASURE!! ????????

Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. I had little or no wait. I wasn’t able to start reading the book I brought. My cleaning was well done and thorough. The dental hygienist did the most thorough job I have ever experienced. Dr. Campbell is wonderful has always. Everything was as good as it was the last time. The front desk ladies are wonderful. The dental hygienist was new to me. She is a warm and thorough professional. As usual Dr. Campbell came in to check on me. I have never been disappointed.

Wonderful friendly staff and Dr Campbell always does the best job taking care of my teeth. Whenever I have an emergency situation he gets me an apt the same day. Best dentist office around.

Always pleasant and accommodating.

Never anything negative. Great care great staff, Dr. Campbell very professional, very gental. Hope I can come here as long as I live. Had my teeth cleaned today. Very gental, I felt relaxed and safe. I had a horrible dentist as a child. So Glad things are so much better.

Top-quality care and service; I will continue to get my services done here until proven otherwise. Huge thank you to the entire team. Special thank you to Joanne (I hope I spelled it right), who makes every visit a joy, despite what’s happening in my mouth haha.

Dr Campbell is great! Staff is always friendly and can even crack a few jokes????! Hard to find a small practice like this these days. A true gem! I would highly recommend!

Very friendly and professional office staff as well as Keith and Amy.

Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. My cleaning was well done and thorough. I was so pleased to finally have my teeth polished! I recommend the strawberry daiquiri flavor. Dr. Campbell is wonderful has always given me great service.

Highly recommend! Dr. Campbell was my first choice after switching from my pediatric dentist, and I have had no complaints for over 5 years now. The dental hygienists are always pleasant and make sure you're comfortable during your biannual teeth cleaning. Don't be surprised if they are able to remember you and continue on a conversation after 6 months. Dr. Campbell will answer any questions you have about your teeth and mouth with specific details and information, and is very friendly. Again, I couldn't recommend them enough. Highly recommend! I had a bridge that came off fixed the same day! Even though they were really booked they squeezed me in. It was in front and would have been embarrassing to wait

Today was my first visit to Dr. Campbell’s office. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr Campbell was very professional. He was informative and addressed my dental issues in a non judgmental manner. Pam was so sweet and warm. I am happy I chose this office!!!!

The staff is so amazing and friendly! They make you feel like you’re going to see friends at dental visits. I love that about them. They are very good at what they do! JoAnn is so fun when doing my cleaning. We laugh and she makes me feel very relaxed. She is very thorough and experienced. Dr Campbell is very nice and thorough when coming in to check after the hygienist is done. He will give you advice on how to brush, what to brush with (like using a spin brush), pics, and flossing. He is very experienced as well. My mom has been going to him for years and Dr Ziantz before him! The staff is so amazing and friendly! Dr. Campbell and his amazing staff are simply the best. They are so accommodating and friendly. The hygienists are so gentle, your gums never hurt during a cleaning. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Campbell’s for 10 years and I will remain one until he retires!

I have had the good fortune to have Dr Keith Campbell of Haddam/Higganum,Ct as my dentist. I have seen him for approximately 7-8 years now. Any dental work he has ever done for me has been a total success and I have never been so happy with this very important health care. He is very sure handed and does not hesitate to get the job done. His caps and crowns, fillings etc are done painlessly, he knows exactly what he is doing There’s no falling out of any work he’s done. It’s there to stay I cannot say enough about his ancillary staff, his dental assistants and hygienists, plus his receptionists absolutely could not be anymore helpful. I called the office in the morning with a toothache.. within a few hours I was in the dental chair... Dr Campbell and his staff were excellent and took care of my problem quickly and painlessly... what a relief.. Thanks to the entire staff..

Seen exactly at my appointment time. Best dentist office I have been to hands down. Friendly staff. Hygienist was very gentle and thorough.

Dr Campbell and his staff do an incredible job. My wife and I are very thankful that we found his practice.

Doctor was observed by adults to be weak under a stressful situation.

As is normal for the staff and doctors at Keith Campbell’s office are always personable and professional and that is why I go there for my dental needs.

Keith is a perfectionist which is what you want in a dentist. Pam is his assistant who can anticipate his request for tools or other items. I always leave with a positive experience.

Dr. Campbell and the staff has treated me consistently with a technically skilled and attentive approach that has helped me to remain relaxed in the dentist's chair no matter the procedure.

My first visit was scheduled later on in the month....unfortunately I had an emergency with a back molar. I called & they got me in immediately! When I arrived I was temperature checked. The front desk was so nice, helpful & professional! Asst P came out & escorted me into a room. She was so nice & friendly!!! Dr Campbell was prompt & professional! He checked out my mouth, took an X-ray, we came up with a plan and I was on my way! My first experience was A+ with the best customer service I have ever received at a dentist office!! Not only did he take me in at my appointment time, but the entire staff was engaging. My hygienist was very knowledgeable as well as very thorough and funny! had a great time and will definitely recommend this office to friends and family.
