Dr. Keith Douglas Rigsby

This doctors office if you can call it that is abysmal! They do not answer the phones if you have medical or prescription needs you are ignored ...under prioritized and it's formal complaint time to the state board! DO NOT go to this "doctors office" unless you want to be on the road to incompetence neglect and possibly death behind their lack of basic health etiquette...they do not care about you as a patient ....they do not have any problem dismissing you and your medical needs despite the urgency and integrity this type of job requires....lackluster AT BEST care and a waste of time and money

I love the personal care and attention given by Dr. Rigsby and his staff at VIP Healthcare. They are very knowledgeable and make sure my medical needs are addressed.

They are too busy. They reschedule and put you 3 weeks later.

One of the best doctors in DFW, definitely worth the drive!

Dr. Rigby's office made an appointment with a man 3 weeks ago, only to call him today (the day of his appointment) to tell him they weren't accepting new Medicaid patients and therefore would not see him. They didn't care that he had been in pain for 3 weeks while he waited, or that he had a potentially serious medical condition, nor did they seem to care that they did not inform him of this nearly a month ago when the appointment was made. I can never get anyone on the phone. No one, in any department. Nurse, Office manager, Front desk. Dr. Rigsby is a good doctor but, its very hard to get in to see anyone or talk to a nurse. I am in a bad place with my medicine and was told to stop taking some of it and I feel that my situation needs to be addressed. It is absurd to have to go to this much trouble to get a resolution.

I was a patient of Dr. Rigsby years ago when he was with Methodist. He was great! I wanted to make him my primary since he is now in my network but it’s impossible to get an appointment due to not being able to reach his staff. I was finally able to get someone on the phone and she told me she needed to reboot her computer and would call back. Although it’s only been two hours, her computer should’ve been up and running at this point. Not to mention, I’ve made numerous attempts to schedule an appointment prior to this. I even selected the options to speak with other staff at other extensions but I was met with the same, NOTHING besides an option to leave a voicemail. This is unacceptable and bad for business. Staff is friendly and listens to what your issues are and address them. Never had any issues. Just great service!

His staff and the unlicienced "nurse"/phlebotomist in his office lies and is so rude that it is all un believeable. He has a nurse practitioner thats just as rude. I have been a pt. Of his for about a year and a half and i have seen doctor Rigsby one time. I sat in a chair thru out the entire visit. I wouldnt recommend him or his office to a dying dog .

I had my first visit on 01/25/2019 the staff was great, very informative. I live in Corsicana and thought it would be to far of a drive but it wasn't and It was worth the drive. Thanks for helping with my health care needs
