Had Dr. Silverstein remove my widsom tooth today. 10/10 experience. I had zero pain. Procedure completed within minutes. Price affordable for a cash pay client. Highly recommend

The last time I had an extraction was 60 years ago when I was 10 prior to having braces applied. Those were the days of removing perfectly good teeth! Nevertheless, I had an infected tooth and chose extraction over root canal. I was anxious and hated the thought of losing my tooth. Dr Silverstein was engaging, quick, and informative. I was amazed that within a few minutes the tooth was removed. I anticipated some pain afterwards, but instead enjoyed a New Year’s Eve party within two days with zero pain. Pleasantly pleased and highly recommend.

Awful. After a lifetime of oral surgeries, I hit bottom with this guy and his staff - the most uncaring professional experience I've ever had. With serious complications from their procedure, not only did I not receive a check up call, they didn't return my calls and when they did return one, they were very clear that they didn't want to be bothered with having me come in and told me the infection was because I'm older so I should just deal with it. Disgusting patient care.

I've had quite a few implants done by Dr. Silverstein and from the beginning I knew I am in good hands. At the beginning of every appointment, we were exchanging few jokes and suddenly I was not feeling as stressed as one would typically feel in this kind of situations.

Terrible practice. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Silverstein in mid June. She’s had SIGNIFICANT complications resulting in 2 urgent care visits and 2 rounds of antibiotics. The office never returns calls in emergency situations. I placed several calls during business hours- explaining the emergency situation- and either never received a call back or it would be DAYS later (only to have the person who calls having no idea what the recurring problems were) I am absolutely disgusted with their lack of patient care. I had an awesome experience with Dr. Silverstein. The whole surgery procedure and follow-up care instructions were painless!

Had lower jaw surgery with Dr Silverstein in May 2020. The office was very helpful and Jean exceeded my expectations with helping scheduling my surgery during COVID. Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with my results.

I had a complex case of periapical abcesses on both sides of my mouth. Dr Silverstein really listened to my situation and evaluated me thoroughly. All my options were explained until I understood and could make a decision. The teeth were extracted in the OR because of my medical history and I did very well. The deep infections were finally gone and I felt good for the first time in months. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Silverstein to anyone. I have had many implants done by Dr. Silverstein and have been nothing but pleased. Prior to being referred to him I had a very bad experience with another doctor and was very nervous about having another tooth pulled an implant placed. I have been a patient of Dr. Silverstein for the last 8 years and unfortunately have bad teeth and will be going to him forever! The staff is professional and caring and absolutely terrific. 5 stars for sure!

I went to Dr Silverstein to have a impacted tooth extraction and bone grafting performed. During my appointments when Dr Silverstein did speak with me (which was rare, and for less than 2 minutes) he seemed like a kind enough person. After having my procedure, I was told that the bone that he performed did not work and I would have to go in for a second round of grafting at an additional several thousand dollars out of pocket. Him and the office were unwilling to work with me financially after a subpar outcome. Furthermore, his office staff were some of the most incompetent, apathetic people I have ever encountered in my life. I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere for oral surgery procedure. I have had 2 of my 3 children have their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Silverstein and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about him, his team and his staff. Extremely professional, caring and thorough. Both of the kids had some minor complications after surgery and Dr Silverstein would call and check on them and patiently answer any Q's we had and offer up suggestions to help the healing process. Post op appts were needed and made within minutes. Reviews are a funny thing. I have the complete opposite experience and opinion than the last patient/review. And TBH- that is the first time I have ever heard anything but positive things to say about Keith Silverstein. I have lived here for 25 years and always heard rave reviews about Dr Silverstein, hence the reason we all go to him. Our 3rd child is rounding the corner for needing his wisdom teeth pulled too and I would hesitate for a second, nor look for anyone else to perform this surgery. I went to Dr. Silverstein to have a tooth extracted under sedation. When we met, I told him I had medical trauma PTSD as a result of devastating injuries requiring several years of hospitalization and very painful medical procedures. Dr. Silverstein was dismissive and rude in the very few moments we interacted. As a psychologist who has worked with tens of thousands of individuals, I know that compassion is of utmost importance when working with people who have experienced real trauma. If a medical professional can’t at least fake compassion, they should switch careers.

I had a large Odontogenic Keratocyst removed from my lower right jaw on a Friday. Dr. Silverstein was very thorough, caring and professional, as was the entire staff. I went out to dinner the following night, and did not have to take any of the prescription pain medication provided (only a couple of ibuprofin tablets). The area healed perfectly, with no complications. I would highly recommend Dr. Silverstein.

My son saw Dr. Silverstein for wisdom teeth removal last week. Dr Silverstein immediately allayed any fears we had. He reviewed everything that was going to be done and what to expect afterwards. He was professional and kind to both of us. After surgery, I was called back to get my son after recovery. Meredith meticulously reviewed everything we needed to know in a proficient, professional and caring way. I was very impressed with the entire visit from geginning to end. Thank you all.

Dr Silverstein removed my daughter's four wisdom teeth. He and his team were professional, very skilled and just plain wonderful throughout. They helped to optimize the medical coverage to cover the costs, rescheduled her when she got sick a few days before the procedure, and Dr S called us twice during her recovery to make sure everything was fine. I wish every doc we see was this skilled and caring. I later found out he is very well respected among the dental community. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

My experiences with him was unpleasant. He was rude and obnoxious. Hope I don't have to go back.

Dr. Silverstein did an excellent job removing my son's impacted wisdom teeth. He had no complications and minimal pain after the procedure. I highly recommend him for any oral surgical procedures.
