We love Dr. Smith. She is very sweet and caring!

HORRIBLE. Unable to get this office to make appointments for imaging. Had to get PCP to do their job. After 6 weeks I had to start over with a new ENT. Don't waste your time or money. The nurse is inadequate and rude.

I think she is Rude

Wasted my time for a visit that was worthless., Was suppose to get a call with apt about allergy testing and a hearing test.. NOT A WORD! No call at all..will never go back and highly WOULD NOY RECOMMEND!!

I went to this Dr about 6 months ago with dizziness and thought it was vertigo. She sent me to therapy and was told it wasn't vertigo so I stopped going because they had me doing things for vertigo which they said I don't have. Went back to Kietha Smith and she said she couldn't help me and sent me to neurology. Was told there it is a ENT Dr issue and out of his field So now I am out another $60 of copays and have to find a ENT that will do their job. I have waisted over 6 months and a lot of money just to go to another Dr. I had to stop driving because of this All because Keitha didn't want to deal with it. Thanks a lot. Dr. Smith is great. She is very knowledgeable and explains things in language that's easy to understand. I also find that she's very thorough. She's trying to help me figure out what my problem is by process of elimination. I'm so happy I was referred to her. I don't even mind the long drive.
