The other review I read here was spot on; there are much better practices to seek out in the area. This office is nothing more than a meat processing establishment. I was never called back with results from my visit. When I did reach someone the answer was' "if there is nothing wrong we usually don't contact the patient back", REALLY! My take on that is; we see no further monetary gain from you as a patient so we're cutting you loose. Further, DR. Fitzpatrick was less than professional during my visit. Making a very strange and off color comment as I was leaving his office, "yeah you're a stud". I do feel compelled to let my primary doctor know about my experience so she might consider NOT referring this practice to any more patients. Oh! Not to forget the inaccuracy of the bill. Dr. Kenneth Fitzpatrick was phenomenal he was super energetic and really seemed concerned about my issues also was very knowledgeable and answered all my question. The only complaint I have is the receptionist were really rude and you can tell they do not like there job. Also I had to call in to get my test results which is annoying. Giving this place 5 stars because of the interaction I had with Mr. Fitzpatrick. Dr Fitzpatrick has been my urologist for 10 years . I have found him to always be articulate , energetic and and polite. you would not do better finding a physician

I have been a patient of Dr. Fitzpatrick's for a number of years and trust his clinical recommendations and treatment plans. The front office staff however lacks courtesy and is not patient focused. Getting through on the phone is virtually impossible, and their patient portal is extremely slow and clunky. Love the doc, not thrilled with the support

wonderful experience. Very caring staff and Dr. Fitzgerald was very kind and attentive. Definitely recommend this office

Dr Fitzpatrick has been my urologist since my battle with cancer back in 2006-8 and I couldn't imagine having a better and caring physician who is on my side than him.

You can certainly find better care in the area, as I experienced Terrible bedside manner and would not recommend using their services! After calling the office after hours for help with a kidney stone (male version of having a baby is what it is compared to) , I got a return call from a Dr. Collins (who is not my regular doctor in this practice) within 30minutes. Dr. Collins sounding a bit aggravated to start with, which I realize I was calling on a weekend, but this is not an issue that can wait until the office opens back up and in this feild they should understand better than anyone. Dr. Collins went on to listen to my symtoms and after answering a couple of questions about additional pain management options, told me the ER was my only option (kidney stones are very painful and can last hours to days to pass) then without a warning or any type of closing, he hung up on me. Normally, i would just just call that poor manners, but when you are calling your doctor about gut pain that doubles you over and is making you vomit, being treated with such callousness and being hung up on is not what you are looking for.
