Kenneth Gray

He did surgery on my moms hand almost 3 weeks ago and he had to mess something up because her hand is still swollen and she is in severe pain. Dr Gray will not doing anything to help her just keeps treating her like she's crazy. I DON'T advise anyone to let him do surgery on them.

Dr.Gray did a total knee replacement on me in Feb,2021.I walked out of the hospital the next day,started therapy and today my knee is painfree.He was very kind and took care of me until he released me.Everybodys body is different and it's not always the doctors fault if things are not as they should be.Body's react differently to treatments.No Dr.Gray is not perfect,no one is,but I would recommend him and choose him if I need a second knee replaced. I wish I could give him ZERO stars, he is the most shocking definition of a surgeon I have ever met. After insulting my mother by telling her she must be so "high" during the day she forgets to eat; who has a broken hip, lung cancer, and several other health issues, he then put his unprofessional opinion in about her medication she takes that is NOT prescribed by him.

Excellent Dr and surgeon. Has operated on my knee and my wife's knee also. All perfect results!!

He operated on my knee three Times about three years ago he want get a chance to do it again I have severe pain every day .Run away from him. Believe what I tell you.

Amazing staff and bedside manor. Not much of an assessment performed. Performed pretty extensive shoulder surgery, pain management after surgery is pretty much non existent. There are two other orthopedic surgeries required but they won’t be done by Dr. Gray.

ended up having to go to a new doctor 8 weeks later after no change. didn’t have a clear plan, wasn’t a good doctor

Dr.Grey has done all my surgery's hes been an out standing doctor. Great bedside manners easy to talk to hes always trying to get a laugh our of you.

I have been to DR.Gray many times due to hand issues, and here recently my daughter (6 years old) hurt her foot, She ended up being seen at Dr.Naldo's office at radford hospital who said NOTHING was wrong it was just a bruise and I was babying her to get over it, so I make an appt with a DR I trusted Dr.Gray which i should have before but Velocity care sent us to Dr.Naldo's office... So we go to Dr.Gray and he see's many fractures! Puts her in a boot, and has been super nice and caring about how she feels and everything. I will never stray away from his office for any ortho needs now! Please come see Dr.Gray first, before any one else!! Was hurt on job and seen by urgent care first. They did images and said I had fractures and referred me to ortho. Dr. Gray literally spent 5 minuets with me total (was there for total of 3 hours) ran in and out of different patients rooms. did do X-ray but no rotation of arm like urgent car did. He came back and said nope no brakes I give you a shot in your shoulder. When he did he grabbed my shoulder super hard and I almost jumped out of chair he also made rude remarks about pain meds I was on.

The doctor was kind and considerate, even when he knew I did not have payment 100% at the time of service. I was treated with respect and was able to make payments until it was paid off. He treated my broken arm with a removable cast, so I could still take care of my family. He told me next time skip the emergency room for just an x-ray and they will see me right away for an x-ray. In my opinion, Dr. Gray is an excellent surgeon and a very caring doctor. I have had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and he was wonderful when I broke my arm. I have had one knee operation and am having surgery on the other one very soon. I would not consider going to anyone else.

Just had surgery yesterday gave me ultram 50 mg I've took 12 since yesterday shoulder killing me when I went to my first 2 visits waited for over a hour both times for about a 5 minutes he spent with me both times not happy at anyone who goes to get orthopedic care may want to get ma second opinion for after care no respect for patients at least not me he thinks everyone wants narcotics dam right especially after shoulder surgery.think twice!!

This doctor was HORRIBLE!! He only seemed to care about getting his MONEY and could give two craps about his PATIENT!! He was a prick and very very rude!! He was not concerned about the seriousness of my accident and would not give me the time of day until he got his money!! Other people have told me that he is very very sloppy and does not keep in touch with them after the surgery! He was really shovenistic towards me and made me really really UNCOMFORTABLE! This guy is terrible. I had an ACL replaced and shaved both meniscus in my right knee about 4 years ago. My knee is worse now than it was before the surgery. I was supposed to have a brace right after surgery and it turns out he forgot to bring it with him. I had to make a return visit to the office the next day and be worked in to get it. He didn't even come discuss the surgery with me after I got out of recovery. I expected to have my meniscus tear corrected and walk out on crutches.
