He was useless...I refused surgery after being misled...instead of releasing me he kept me for 5 days of torture to milk medicare for everything he could get...this is one of the dirtiest hospitals I've ever been in with webs three inches blow out of the vents...if you get hurt in Youngstown go to another city for care.
